"It was a pleasant stay and everything was satisfactory. It's very suitable for a family of 4 members. All necessary utensils are available, including a hairdryer and ironing facility. Both the hall and the master bedroom have air-conditioning. Nevertheless, there are 3 nagging issues for the price of RM140 per night stay. They are 1. There is no daily housekeeping, and we have to clean it ourselves. 2. There is no suitable place to throw rubbish, and we have to bring it down 30 floors to dispose of it. 3. The security guard forgets our parking lot and needs a reminder every day."

"Host was very considerate to let us check in earlier than check in time 🥰 The house was very cozy and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more! The location is excellent as well with good food nearby and conveniently located within walking distance to all of the must visit places for foodies. Although the location could be a bit dark at night but if you’re travelling with a group of people it definitely helps ease the eerie feeling :) nonetheless, the place is safe and very comfortable!"

"Die Lage ist fantastisch. In der Nähe der GAMA Mall. Es bietet Netflix, Zahnbürste, Slips, etc ... Zimmerkonfiguration: (1) King Bed (2) 1 Queen 1 Sgl (3) 2 Queens. Geräumige mit Wohnzimmer und eine große Küche mit Kessel, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank. Aber seine Reinigkeit war in Zweifel. Wir blieben im Schlafzimmer mit ensuite WC. Das Zimmer riecht, so dass wir die Tür über die ganze Nacht offen lassen mussten. Auf der oberen Seite riecht auch unser Bett ziemlich schlecht. Der Duscheschirm verschoben aus seiner Angleichung und sieht gefährlich aus. Nach der Ankunft haben sie uns eine Karte und ein WLAN-Passwort angegeben und am nächsten Tag überprüfen. 1. Wifi Passwort war falsch 2. Abfrage Datum war auch falsch Was sie angesagen, haben sie ein neues Passwort gegeben und bestätigt, dass mein Abschiedsdatum 2 Tage später ist. Kommen Sie nächsten Tag, wir konnten nicht in die Wohnung als Pin-Nummer für die Lock war nicht mehr gültig. So die ganze Gruppe älterer und Kinder musste auf jemanden warten, um zu kommen und den Pin wieder einstellen. Nachdem sie gefragt, was nicht stimmte, sagten sie einfach Systemfehler. Keine Entschuldigungen. Ich konnte das Hotel auch nicht wechseln, da ich für 2 Nächte gezahlt hatte und 4 ältere + 3 Kinder in die letzte Minute während der Juni-Schule-Ferien zu einem anderen Hotel bewegen ist kein Witz. Während die kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten endlich gelöst wurden, glaube ich nicht, dass ich hier noch einmal bleiben werde, da mir Reinigkeit und sichere Einrichtungen wichtig sind."

"Waren für 5 Nächte hier. Das Hotel liegt neben Komtar und in der Nähe befinden sich die Einkaufszentren GAMA und First Avenue, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und das Personal ist freundlich. Morgens verkehren drei kostenlose Shuttlebusse nach Little India und zur Art Street. Das Hotel stellt kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel kein gastronomisches Angebot anbietet, aber es gibt viele verschiedene Arten von Restaurants in der Nähe."
