Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr gut, für den Service kann man allerdings nur zwei Sterne vergeben. 1. Am irritierendsten ist, dass das Yuan Yun-Doppelzimmer eindeutig Fenster haben soll, aber wenn ich hineingehe und das Zimmer betrete, sieht es aus wie auf Bild 1, ohne Fenster! Ich erzählte der Rezeption von der Situation und sagte, dass im Moment nur ein Zimmer frei sei, also wurde es in das in Abbildung 2 gezeigte geändert. Der Zimmertyp in Abbildung 2 entspricht fast dem Bild des Yuan Yun Doppelzimmer. (Warum schreibst du es nicht deutlich? Wenn da steht, dass das Doppelzimmer Yuan Yun kein Fenster haben darf, dann werde ich mich bei der Reservierung nicht für diesen Zimmertyp entscheiden! Und ich habe es mir lange angeschaut, aber es wird nicht der Zimmertyp mit oder ohne Fenster angezeigt! Das ist keine bloße Täuschung? Ich sagte, ich solle nicht nach einem Nebenzimmer fragen, als ich meine Bedürfnisse so lange im Voraus erkundigte, aber das Ergebnis war so. 3. Es ist verständlich, dass der Raum zu einer Zeit wie Silvester angespannt ist. Und ich kam relativ spät an, fast sieben Uhr. Es gab nur eine Rezeption und jede Menge Arbeit. Ich wartete ungefähr zehn Minuten, bevor sie Zeit hatten, mich einzuchecken. Mir wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer noch gereinigt würde ! (Nachmittags muss es einige Reservierungen für stündliche Zimmer geben.) Ich sagte, ich möchte nicht nach oben gehen. Kann ich zuerst einchecken? Die Rezeption hat mich gebeten, zu warten, aber nach einer Weile hat es nicht funktioniert . Ich hatte es eilig, auszugehen. Als ich an der Rezeption ankam, wurde mir gesagt, ich solle zuerst ein Zimmer reservieren und abends einchecken. Ich war jedenfalls völlig sprachlos. . .
