Excellent service , I arrived eaely and let me in my room at 11am. So nice as just arrived after 24hr journey of 2 flights/2subways & a train. Room as described very white towels , sheets and cover and floor bathroom. Water hot and in sink too.Fridge and Washing machine hugh asset. Lots of plug outlets. No smoke smell. Coffee availble and water available. Thanks

The apartment is located on level 4, no lift, is walking up, so if you have big luggage,or elderly people, you need to consider. Location is very good, within the Tianjin high speed train station and also metro station. However, it's a long walk into the metro station, because the metro station is super big. If you exit from metro and high-speed train, sure you walk into the direction of South Square only, that's is the only access for and go to the accomodation, or you will lost. Its near by the popular tourist places of Haihe river, the century clock, jiefang Bridge and opposite is Jinwa plaza. The room is nice, I like it. The staff will not help you with the lugages matters, and the directions is not clear for foreigner.

Hotel is really nice as per the location. Just 1 min from Tianjin Railway station. But no Lift. You have to carry your luggage by yourself till 4th floor. Rest everything is good.

Understand there is high season when I checked in where the price is super-expensive compared what I got. The place is very dirty and u might be cheated from the pictures it posted on the net.

Deep cleaning treatment (immediate execution)The housekeeping supervisor has been arranged to bring professional cleaning tools (long-handled crevice brushes, micro vacuum cleaners) to thoroughly dust the bottom of the air-conditioning rack, focusing on cleaning the grooves of the guide rails, the joints of the brackets and other parts that are prone to dust accumulationUse food-grade disinfectant spray to triple sanitize the surface of the frame and the surrounding wall (dust removal→ sterilization → anti-mildew treatment)2. Comprehensive investigation mechanism (completed within 24 hours)Launched a special inspection of "corner purification", and carried out the following inspection on 142 rooms in the hotel:(1) Move all furniture to check the bottom hygiene(2) Disassemble the air conditioner filter for deep cleaning(3) Use endoscopic testing equipment to check the dead angle of the tube well3. The location was quite good, the gym and the balcony were nice as well. The way to find was quite difficult (no English signs outsite and hidden entrance).

The location is good and the interior of the apartment looks nice but when you pay more attention it really is bad. As some other review says everything is dirty. The floor looked as if it had not been swept in a few days. The only table I could sit to eat was so dirty I ended standing up. Furthermore the bed and the pillows are of bad quality. And not only the isolation is bad, you will hear the noise of the washing machines of other apartments, but you will also hear the fridge of your own room during the whole night. There is another hotel for the same price that is also close to the train station. If I go back to Tianjin I will try that one.

The facilities are awesome, great value for money! Especially liked the round bed, big TV and bathtub with separate shower with everything necessary and separate WC. There is also a washing machine if you look closely. Really big room just directly outside the station which is a huge plus if you arrive late after work and want a good rest at a walking distance from the Italian style town! Didn't love the view and the little bit broken window but you can't have it all! If they want to improve further, they could add more pillows to the bed so that it's extra cosy, and pay a bit more attention to cleaning.

This is a good hotel and a great value. The room was very clean and I have no complaints about it. It’s so close to the train station, so it’s very convenient. Also, they allow foreigners to stay here. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a nice place for a very good price.

給外地客户預訂，地點方便，下火車南廣場四號出口公交總站旁邊就是，太近了。離海河邊解放橋世紀鐘100米。從百盛酒店旁邊入口上四樓。美中不足就是沒有電梯，如果行李不多無所謂。房間裝飾時尚現代，有共享露台。給客人定的房間有洗臉枱，有小冰箱。客人比較滿意。提出不足的是問怎麼沒有洗衣機和吹風機，這是酒店網上介紹時有的，現實卻沒有。
