Really comfortable bed, nice room and great shower. Staff were all very professional and helpful. Breakfast was the best yet, loads of choice from continental, cereals and through to great variety of cooked and freshly replenished. Only down was the distance from reception to the room!

Second time visiting and it hasn't disappointed you. Same standard but you were surprised about restaurant changes. Its open just for breakfast and dinner. However it didn't affect our stay as we arrived in evening and didn't need to have lunch. Dinner was good and in very relaxing atmosphere. Staff is working very hard and they are nice and friendly. Always found a minute to have quick chat with us.

Lovely clean room, walk in shower was a plus, the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There are other cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Location is great. Would definitely choose this Premier inn for Norwich.

One of the best Premier Inns, I have stayed in Very clean and good value. Suitably located for visiting Norwich, 15 minutes away, also located near the outer ring road, which makes Cromer and the coast destinations not too far away. It has a great restaurant attached to and is part of the Premier Inn, which serves great food, far better than the Table Tables (which are awful) most other Premier inns have. Recommended food from there. The only thing that could have been better was the member of staff on the counter as we left. We handed our key to her "She said, put your key on the box" and said nothing else. No, thank you or, hope you enjoyed your stay. Have a safe trip. But apart from this, we had an excellent stay and will definitely stay here again.

Sadly, we didn't have a good night's sleep. It was quite noisy, being woken up quite a bit during the night. We also had breafast cancelled because of a supected gas leak, however, no one was evacuated. When will we get a refund for no breakfast

Smooth check-in at Broadlands premier inn Norwich east. Sherrie explained everything clearly upon arrival about the hotel, from booking a table for an evening meal / breakfast / parking etc. Parking is good with plenty of spaces available, just enter your vehicle registration into the iPad at reception to secure your free parking. Rooms are clean and smell fresh, TV is wall mounted with a good selection of channels and radio channels. A clean Kettle is provided in your room, with a selection of tea / coffee / milk / sugars / sweeteners, plenty of replacements are available at reception. I use a lot of premier inns with a business account and this premier inn is by far the best i use regularly, a hard working team producing consistent results. Thank you again for everything you do.

Chef Callum cooked our meal promptly and made it look appetising hot and very tasty this evening Wednesday October 23rd. The grilled lemon wedge was a nice touch. The restaurant staff are so polite and make time to deal with any queries and make sure that they are addressed.

Excellent as always. Good car parking and brilliant for exploring the city of Norwich and the Norfolk broads. Comfortable and home from home as expected from premier Inn. Excellent friendly service by Sherrie and Nicki on Saturday morning. Thank you

Fantastic staff especially Sherrie and Niki. Very helpful and great when I needed multiple drama-free stay extensions and ability to keep the same room. Great stay. Convenient, clean and good facilities. Would definitely be my choice to stay here again in the future.
