GCC North Side

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this hotel for our honeymoon. Indian Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If we needed something in our room, they would bring it in no time. Room was very clean and tidy, very spacious. We stayed on floor 6. We were looked after Minoj, hotel receptionist.

I’m late to review this hotel, though I have a reservation with them twice a year, every year since past 10 years. What tempted me to invest time & efforts to appreciate about the ***agement is the professionalism and empathy of Sir Kevin Vits, who ***ages the reception at second half of the day at Northside hotel. There was a discrepancy in the booking due to some other guest & my health was personally very critical and the simplicity which was extended by Kevin Sir which not only resolved the issue but sustained my peace of mind. In my 26 years of being an entrepreneur & owner of a start up brand, it’s rare an opportunity to experience such an asset for any company / organisation. Long way to go for Kevin Sir :)

Good service. Good food. Very hospitable .stay is very comfortable. Rooms very clean and prompt service. Staff is coordial and helpful. Overall very pleasant stay. We are a happy customer.looking forward to come back here for our further holidays.

Our 4 days stay here was wonderful All Staffs are very well behaved & cooperative Food quality was also very good Overall cleanliness of the room was too good & room service too. Views from was very good too.

Best 3 star hotel Ive ever been to. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Very diverse food choices. Hygienic and well maintained rooms. Great ambience. The connectivity is really great, rickshaws are easily available for commutes. The gym is well maintained. Im very happy with my choice 🫶🏻

Super cool hotel with all amenities. Would say it was my best stay in mumbai till date. Mr. Mohan and Mr. Anas were a great help to me and cooperative. As a customer we need services and these people were on toes for any help and support i needed. Glad i stayed in here and would be coming here for all my next stays

Nice clean and cosy place. Breakfast was nice and tasty and served until 10:30pm. Far from south Mumbai where all the attractions are located but still commutable which roughly take 1 hr during non peak hours.

My son and I who live in Canada went to visit our family in Mumbai and we stayed at the GCC Northside Hotel for 12 days. It was an excellent stay. Breakfast was good, the staff at the reception, in the restaurant and kitchen were super helpful. Even the person at the door was awesome, not forgetting our great room service staff. Room service was excellent too, anytime you requested for your room to be cleaned or we asked for a bottle of water, they were there in a jiffy. Mohan the ***ager was always there to greet us and help us out if we needed any information. The staff at this hotel are overly generous, kind and respectful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Great job Mohan and team. Keep up the great service.
