DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! - Breakfast was OK - Our toilet clogged and they didn’t have Maintenance present. They claimed they could arrive in 20 minutes, so instead of waiting, my husband ended up fixing it. Last night, around 12AM, I got the OK from the Night Shift Clerk that we’d be able to check out at 1PM. If I wanted to then request for a later check out, I would have to call and speak to the Day Shift Clerk to ask. I called around 10:15am and asked how late we were able to check out. The lady immediately and in a ghetto tone, said “11am - the GM said ain’t nobody can check out past 11am. They got it written down on a note right chea, POINT. BLANK. PERDIODT!” First of all- “Frankie” didn’t even acknowledge my confirmation # to read notes, that I’m a Silver Hilton Rewards Member, and if I didn’t call, we would’ve never known that check out was at 11am. I expressed frustration on how that was unfair to be given only a short amount of time to pack. She had zero remorse. She then kept calling and showed up to our door when we had checked out. We will not be giving this location our business again and will be sure to provide this feedback on every platform!

I dont post reviews often, but this hotel deserved one. The location was quiet. Never had an issue with road noise or anything like that. The room was clean and it was the first time I had housekeeping come in daily since covid which was nice. The staff was very friendly. One person that stood out to me was the lady serving breakfast. She went around topping off your coffee which I have never had happen at a hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. I do hate you only get half the Hilton points since it is a Home2 Suites, but I know that is out of the control of the hotel.

I had a very good stay at the Home2Suites as I always do. The manager and staff and friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and always willing to go that extra to provide the best service that they can. The rooms are always clean and bright with appliances in good condition and working well. I have been able to get to breakfast in the mornings and there is usually enough time for me to get something to eat unless I oversleep, which I have done because I do not like wake up calls - this is my personal preference. I have insomnia and it is hard for me to sleep away from home so I do not like to wake up until I wake up and Home2Suites affords me that excess. I would like to see some sort of bacon or sausage option available at breakfast in addition to all of the current breakfast options. Carnivores need love too.

Excellent rooms and service. We chose this hotel because it has electric vehicle chargers, had free breakfast, is about 20 minutes from downtown, and 5 minutes from great restaurants. Check in- We stayed for 2 nights. Check in was smooth and friendly. Clean spacious room - It was our first time in a home2 suites. We were impressed by the kitchenette area that included a large sink, big fridge+freezer, ceramic dishes and mugs, glassware, silverware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There was also a sticker that said a hot plate could be provided if requested. The water pressure in the shower was good. The living room area had a sofa, ottoman, and large desk. It would make a great workspace. Quiet- We had an excellent nights sleep. The area was quiet. There was a dog next door that we could hear when walking in the hallway. However we never heard the barking or any other guests while we were in our own room. So no thin walls there. TL;DR- excellent and plan on staying again

This hotel is newer and was really nice. Friendly staff too. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and a good ***** of retail stores. The breakfast was impressive with lots of options and REAL juice. The gym was nice. Unfortunately the pool was closed when I stayed there.

Learned the Hilton Honor that guarantees lowest price is a lie - ******* is 20-30 less per night. When ask Hilton hotel to match they said not able if ******* member. So the lowest price needs to have an asterisk states lowest price Hilton will offer - haha disappointed in this and request feedback from Hilton. Otherwise use ******* - trash the app

I wish i saw a 0, I would have scored you a 0, my experience was horrible, after booking through a third party for 6days, on my final day i missed my flight and requested for an extension which was done for me, went out came back to see the room cleaned all my stuffs were taken off including my anointing oil. i spoke to a front desk staff who put me through to the manager and we ended the call on a cordial note, but was rudely called by the same front desk officer and she started telling stuffs that i couldn't understand, i told her to calm down that there was no need for her giving me attitude, next thing she said i going to check you out and i should leave the property, i said no and demanded to speak to her manager, next thing she did was to called the police on me, that was very scary and traumatic, i was eventually asked to leave by the police. it was really sad day for me!!! I will never come to any home2 or Hilton subsidiary hotel again.
