Hotel befindet sich im 17. und 18. Stock. Nachdem wir zu erst im EG einchecken wollten. Zimmer sehr sauber, jedoch auch sehr warm (Zimmer ohne Fenster). Frühstück für Europäer eher nichts.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jenjue Boutique Hotel in Harbin, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front office team was always approachable, ready to assist with questions, and patient in guiding us on directions and local addresses. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The hotel's breakfast was cost-efficient, delicious, and nutritious. I appreciated the variety, as they prepared different meals each day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch—just ask the front office staff, and they will be more than happy to provide it. Location-wise, Jenjue Boutique Hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short walk to Wanda Plaza and various shopping malls, and the subway station is only about five minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wish to return soon!

Room is spacious and clean. All are pretty good. Would be better if there’re dishes, fork or spoon available upon request.

Place is clean and tidy just that can smell left behind smoking inside the room which find hard to breathe. Location is ok beside have a big shopping center.

Nice little boutique hotel located 5 mins away from subway. Room size is quite large for the 4 of us in the same room. Staff is always nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and check out the free laundry on each floor. Located on the 17th floor of the building and lift is quite slow at times. Connected to a mall with a variety of food and can be very useful during the freezing winter

The hotel is just one subway station away from the hIgh speed rail West Harbin Station making traveling around Harbin very convenient. Service is absolutely good at the front desk with ever caring and helping attitude.

The hotel allows me resting well during winter. Staffs are also very responsive and knowledgeable about traveler's needs. Close to restaurants and metro made it a good place to rest.

The location is convenient—a few minutes walk from the subway. It is close to a shopping mall, so there are plenty of food options. The staff is good. At the given price, this is the best option. For foreigners (non-Chinese people), if you have WeChat, it will be easy to get in touch with them. Otherwise, a translator app will be great for face-to-face communication. I will book this hotel again.

Absolutely amazing staff at the hotel, the airport pick up and drop off service made it so easy to travel with my 5 year old child. Will be back again

Very nice hotel on the 17th floor of the building with stunning view of the city. It is connected to a shopping mall a cross the street and is very close to Wanda Plaza. Our room was huge, everything was clean and up to a high standard. The hotel staff were all helpful, they offered free transfer to Harbin West station and even accommodated us with early drop off. Breakfast didn't have too many options but food was fresh and yum. The highlight for us was the self laundry service room they have at the hotel. There were 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, free at most of the time during our 2 days there. There were detailed instructions on the wall and everything was provided. Overall Jinjue hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend staying here!

they allow people to smoke indoors, ashtrays are provided in lobby corners & room. the strong cigarette smell travelled into the room. this ruins everything else the hotel has to offer. despite speaking with them more than once they barely could do anything to change this ‘norm’. they did offer us to change room on same floor on the very last night which we failed to see any difference. not recommended for non smokers!

Good, decent location, food around, I normally don’t write reviews, but solid place for a solid price not bad at all.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Lady Manager Kwok is super helpful and caring making our stay feels like home. She remember what we wanted and offer to check up and inform us. Highly recommended hotel. The hotel breakfast has the basic essential and the location is great, lots of F&B along the road surrounding the hotel. The Wand Plaza and the metro train station is only a few minutes walk away.
