The room and service were good, and I appreciate the hospitality. However, I was very disappointed with the breakfast. Not only was the variety limited for a 4-star hotel, but I also found small termites in the black pepper powder. Fortunately, I noticed it before eating. This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene standards. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and cleanliness of the food served.

truly impressed with the services provided by Morazen! It was a beautiful stay and one that will be remembered positively! the hotel is conveniently located and has shuttle service offered by the hotel to pick guest up from the airport. the facilities are well maintained! breakfast spread is awesome and overall warm service by the staff of the hotel. this is the second time staying here and look forward to come back again and again!

While there are similar options for staying close to the international Airport in Yogyakarta, Morazen stands head and shoulders above even the bigger names of five star houses. The main reason for this is that the hotel was opened in 2024 and as you would expect has the highest class comfort available in the area. Aimed at short staying guests out 1-night booking (most flights from YIA leave early hours) included an excellent breakfast buffet and shuttle to the nearby airport. Luggage weighing and wrapping are available in the lobby. The rooms are top notch - specifically the mattress was much better than other hotels around - with privacy blinds in the on suite bathroom and a modern smart TV. The pool is rather awkward for real swimmers but offered a good opportunity to relax for us as well as the families with children who seemed to enjoy their time as much as the several flight crew members frequenting the place. We left the next morning feeling refreshed and comforted and Morazen stayed in the back of our minds as a very high yardstick against which we measured other hotels in Indonesia.

The only hotel in Jogjakarta that worth any penny and worth to book through trip.com usually they took good amount of profit this hotel is worth location and breakfast was so cheap for five start hotel price. Everyone should stay if looking for flying through Jogjakarta airport Kulon Progo..

Booked rooms on seperate bookings, but was still able to get on the same floor for all even though our rooms was far from one another. Since it's just for a night, no complaints at all. Friendly staff, willing to assist you in anything. Hotel also provides free shuttle to the airport which is just 5 minutes away. Highly recommended! 🎉

The room is very good ,comfort, & so clean. The stuff also very nice & helpful, but the location is really far from the downtown

Excellent short stay at the hotel. The amenities are still good and the staff were fantastic. Mr Rofiq and Chef Willy really made our stay memorable :) hope to be back soon

I used to stay here, breafast allways brilliant, during ramadhan may be, it is not many staying, So it is not like usually

Had a blackout situation twice but the power was up in less than 3 minutes. Well done! Nice hotel with a view of highlands.
