We stayed at level 15th. There are some thing the owner needs to improve Bed and floor- both squeaky. And the bed top frame is almost fall apart. The squeaky sounds coming from the bed and floor whenever we step on them is really disturbing. Pillow- such a thin pillow. Not comfortable.

Location was okay but not great, cleanliness was subpar at most, there was pee behind the toilet seat cover, and previous occupant’s hair. There are three lifts up to our floor but the lifts were pretty slow, so it was always quite a wait. Service was horrible, girl at desk was unfriendly and spoke to us pretty rudely. Overall okay stay but won’t be back.

Good location nearby to main Kunming train station within walking distance 6mins. There’s also alots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby! Especially famous Kunming jiahua pastry shop selling fresh rose pastry, and the next having Luckin coffee just right beside.

The room condition is great with the price we paid. Couldnt expect more. What was amazing, the receptionist was super helpful. I wanted to buy something at the store next to the hotel lobby and my Alipay wasnt working, she came to help me by paying the bill first. The next day, I paid her back. Thank you so much. Other than that, 2 of the elevator was really in bad condition, another 2 was okay.

Our stay was great! Big room and clean. Quiet at night and walking distance to old ancient city. The lady boss was helpful and didn't charge us for extra water. The rooftop was amazing and we took a few photo down there. It's a place to recommend for people going to yunnan
