Bom hotel, mas as fotos não são exatamente como a realidade. Very attentive and friendly receptionists, especially Garima who helped us a lot with the check-in.

First they have given a smoking room, which was suffocating, later got the room changed and the shower was not working. They said the first floor rooms AC was not working.

Good, polite and very helpful hotel staff. Receptionist Miss Divya is very kind and helpful. Rooms could have been little more clean. Good mattress. Prime location. Restaurant is great and food quality is very good. Looking forward to visit Ginger again.

First day.. no wifi.. Second day.. no hot water and non smoking room filled with terrible smell of smoke.. Third day.. bathroom clogged.. Fourth day.. again no hot water.. After a full day of work, u come to a place which is more of a nuisance.. Call them n they will send someone after 2 hrs.. I'm stuck here because I paid for 6 nights in advance.. a decision I regret every moment of my stay here.. No view to talk of.. restaurant is literally like they somehow cramped few tables and chairs there.. Not much variety in breakfast.. Service is okay.. food is mediocre.. not worth the price you pay at all.. Expected better from a supposed 3 star hotel.. will never return or recommend to anyone. Ira by Orchid is way better in much lesser price..

Excellent service and hospitality by the staff, especially Janhvi. The location is close to the railway station and in the midst of many commercial establishments and medical stores in the vicinity. The best part about the rooms is the minimalistic decor and furniture. Can improve the food spread especially dinner. Overall happy and satisfactory stay.

Minhaj and garima were good host. Please construct a pool too so that we can relax in heat. Food was good and stay was comfortable all good staff and nature was friendly vegan restaurant in this hotel is also very nice and great thanks for this happy stay

Fine & comfortable stay. Cooperative staff.Minhaj and Garima are so co operative with the guwst they are alwas there to help the guest...the room is also specious the best thing about the hotwl is the hotel is located near to the raway station

It was a pleasant stay with GINGER. staff was very nice and helpful Food at the hotel is also very nice and the location is very near to station They have arranged a cab for a day trip to Aurangabad main places I will recommend this hotel to everyone
