We arrived in the evening and self-checked in as no staff are available after 5pm. We found this easy to do. The room has a fan and air conditioning, with the latter appearing dated but functional. Both were controlled by the same unit which wasn't easy to understand, but we managed to have both on, which was needed, as the room was very hot without it. When we first arrived, we both had a shower. Unfortunately, a clump of hair was clearly visible in the plug, which I had to remove myself. I did bring this to the attention of staff the following day, and was advised this would be looked into it, but never received any further feedback regarding this. The shower consisted of a fixed waterfall head and another flexible corded one. The waterfall shower was weak, so we used the corded one, which was better, however, this was positioned at waist height on the wall, so had to be held whilst washing, which wasn't ideal. One of the pillows appeared to have signs of mould on it, that had been washed, but signs of it remained. I also advised staff about this, and was again advised it would be looked into, but the pillow we had put to one side just got returned to the bed each time the room was checked. There was a fridge in the room, which we were really happy about, as it was hot outside, and this meant we could cool water for use in the night. However, it became evident that the fridge didn't work properly and only cooled items left in it for a prolonged period. Water we had in the fridge still wasn't cold after two days. I was advised a cleaner did not come into the room every day, which was fine, however, we noticed that an old receipt which we found when we pulled back the curtain remained until we put it in the bin ourselves. There is a cafe attached to the hotel which served a sandwich or pastry along with a hot drink as part of the included breakfast. We found this to be adequate for the day ahead, with a bag being provided in advance for those days we set off early. On Saturdays, the cafe is closed and a voucher is given for alternative cafes nearby, the one we went to provided a plentiful breakfast, more than we'd ever had in the hotel cafe. We are unsure if we would have ever received this voucher however without querying the arrangements for that day. The hotel location is very good for a short walk to the beach, a good sized supermarket, bus stop, and local bars and restaurants. I would strongly advise against having room 320, as this room also had no outside space, and didn't seem well maintained or cleaned.

Nach 4 Nächten kann ich sagen, dass ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann und sicherlich wiederkommen werde. Der Check-in war einfach, schnell und zuvorkommend. Der Front Desk Service war jederzeit kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren schön ausgestattet und sauber. Besonders haben mir die natürlichen Bade-/Duschprodukte gefallen. Um der Hektik der Stadt zu entkommen, konnte man jederzeit ein schönes Plätzchen in der Lobby/Lounge finden oder sich auf der Dachterasse entspannen. Die Wein- und Getränkebar (Wasser, Kaffee, Saft) waren ein weiteres Highlight - sowie die selbstgemachten Cookies und Marshmellows :) Last but not least - die Lage ist perfekt für jeden, der Tel Aviv erkunden möchte und zentral zwischen Jaffa, den Stadtteilen Florentin / Neve Tzedek, dem Norden und den Stränden gelegen sein möchte. Einen E-Scooter habe ich jederzeit direkt neben dem Hotel vorgefunden und konnte einfach überall hinkommen.

Ich hatte wirklich Spaß, in Selina zu bleiben. Ich wünschte, es war mehr als eine Nacht. Die Lage ist erstaunlich und das Personal ist großartig. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hilfsbereit mit allem und allem, was ich brauchte. Ich habe in einem privaten Zimmer geblieben, so dass ich nicht zu den gemeinsamen Zimmern kommentieren kann. Ich denke, der Ort ist besser für die jüngere Bevölkerung geeignet, aber jeder kann den Ort genießen.

Nettes Personal, aber das Management ist eine Katastrophe. Die Idee, Türen über die Website zu öffnen, war einfach schrecklich. Die Website war von Zeit zu Zeit zugänglich, die Tür öffnete sich oder nicht. Dann bekam ich nach langem Leiden einen normalen Schlüssel. Auch die Badezimmer sind mit mehreren Räumen verbunden. Sie können also nur einen verwenden. Wenn Ihres besetzt ist, müssen Sie ewig warten, auch wenn alle anderen nicht besetzt sind. Das ist verrückt. Außerdem funktionierte das heiße Wasser in einigen Badezimmern nicht richtig. Abgesehen von all dem oben genannten, ein schöner Ort zum Verweilen.

Ein ziemlich gewöhnlicher Empfang ist das, was Sie von der Rezeption bekommen, der Mann geht sogar so weit zu sagen, dass ihm die Gegend nicht gefällt. Wir kommen dann um 15 Uhr zu unserem Pod und es ist schmutzig von der letzten Person. Die Rezeption gibt uns dann die Kapsel und den Schlüssel einer anderen Person, passt das System jedoch nicht an, sodass wir nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts aus unserer Kapsel ausgesperrt wurden. Die Einrichtungen sind in Ordnung, aber laut, wie es gebaut ist. Die Lage ist großartig und die Aussicht noch besser. Ich wünschte nur, der Service könnte sich verbessern.

Nachdem meine Eltern mich überraschten, meine Frau und mein Sohn mit einem Urlaub in das Dan Panorama, war ich sehr aufgeregt, nachdem ich große Erfahrungen in anderen dan Hotels in Eilat hatte. All dies ging hinunter, als wir in die Lobby kamen, wo das Personal offensichtlich nicht dazu gewöhnt war, Touristen zu dienen, die nicht Covid Patienten waren, aus irgendeinem Grund eine einfache Anfrage, ein Baby-Coat oder Kleidung in meinem Schlafzimmer fühlte sich wie ich zu beten hatte Es muss getan werden.
