Such a poor service not fitting the price & standard. Room cleaning not done, keys to room repeatedly do not work….Incompetent, non caring staff, not listening and not reacting on the issues keeping guests helpless Real shame as the location and potential are high

Very good hotel, l loved the facility the service and the vibe. The hotel is near the beach and have a good restaurant. we had a great weekend and we will be back. I loved so much the balcony and the beautiful sunsets. Good breakfast and good time in Tel Aviv.

The staff is generally rude. The room (901), and the bathroom are so tiny That was not enough space even to leave the tooth paste on the sink. There are spot in the rooms, that never saw cleaning staff. The breakfast is a dormitory type of meal. If you want to enjoy your vacation keep away From this hotel, unfortunately we did not.

Ero in viaggio per lavoro, quindi non mi serviva tanto, ma anche le poche cose essenziali sono mancate. ho soggiornato 3 notti: la doccia era fredda ed è stata riparata solo per la terza notte; la camera molto piccola e non avevo neanche un posto per sedermi con il pc. nell'armadio non c'erano le grucce, le ho chieste più volte alla fine sono arrivate (secondo giorno la sera). non c'è un ristorante interno, ce ne è uno collegato ma carissimo, sempre pieno e troppo rumoroso, una sera non sono riusciti a trovarmi un posto (x una persona sola!!!). direi ottima la posizione, vicina al centro e alla spiaggia. personale non sempre disponibile e comunque non all'altezza. servizi inesistenti: no gym, no spa, no piscina... è in fase di ristrutturazione! non fatevi fregare!!!!!
