Services: 4/5 The buffet offered a decent variety and quantity, including three types of fruit: guava, orange, and watermelon. However, there wasn’t much staff around, with only front desk and buffet staff present. We helped ourselves to towels before going to the spa, and umbrellas were also available. Amenities: 5/5 I loved the spa; it felt unique compared to other hotels. Though it looks a bit old, unlike reviews I’ve read online claiming the hot spring was cold, there was indeed a hot spring available. There is actually one hot spring and two cold ones, and with separate areas for men and women, we felt safe. Cleanliness: 3/5 This was the downside of our stay. While the room appeared neat and tidy at first, the floor was dusty, with dust collecting in the corners around the room. The mirrors were also stained. Location: 3/5 The hotel isn’t close to any establishments, so we needed to use Grab to get anywhere. Overall, it was a good experience, and we might still return if we’re in the mood for a relaxing hot spring visit.

Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby... Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam. Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall. If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.

Der Preis ist ziemlich teuer für Boutique-Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch schwer zu finden, weil das Logo klein ist und durch andere, größere Unterzeichen abgedeckt ist. Daher bin ich mit OKU Person mit Rollstuhl die Einfahrt ist für sie nicht geeignet, aber der Parkplatz am Grundstück hat eine Rampe, um den Rollstuhl zu pu. Das Hotel-Zähler befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer, das ich bekomme, ist etwas klein - für Muslimreisende - ist für sie schwer zu beten, weil der Raum zu klein ist. Aber die Lage des Hotels ist großartig mit vielen Restaurants, schnellen Speisen und Hypermarkt.

Staying here with my family for two nights. The unit is clean, and it's suitable for our needs, which can fit many people. Good location and good service. Thanks to the owner, we really had a great experience staying here. 😆😆
