Room is fine, clean. Just the space beside the bed for the last room is small. Might kick the side of the bed if unnoticeable. Unable to walk normally on the side so ended just climb and crawl to sleep. Not suitable for elderly. Toilet might be slippery after bathe, lucky they provided the plastic kind of slipper to wear. Bottle water they will refill daily. They will make up room too. Ours room didn't have the do not disturb sign yet they still enter to pack up room which we do not want to. Was quite shocking. Nearby have 1 eatery but the land opposite looks more promising just that crossing the road would be dangerous as there are fast cars and no traffic lights. Better to drive opposite of possible. Short stay 2 day still okay but 3 day above would be bored. Given only one room card, extra myr50 deposit for each card. Card room kept resetting. Had to go counter every day to have it fixed.

Overall is a good stay. Staff was friendly. Location is good. Very near to Aeon mall and Topen n Ikea. Rooms looks a bit old, wallpaper peeled off somewhere. Air conditioner needs to be cleaned more frequently.

Es ist noch eine Entfernung zu dem Ort, wo die Dinge auf dem Berg Austin sind. Allerdings ist es für den Preis für die Nacht immer noch vernünftig.

We were somewhat disappointed to hear when we arrived (after getting stuck in traffic for hours from Singapore) that the hot spring spa only operated from 4pm to 10pm (maintenance issues? Previous operating time of 8am to 9pm made more sense). We arrived at 9:45pm and were informed the latest free checkout was 12pm, so there was no chance of using the spa at all. Also, although our booking stated that there was breakfast for 2 guests and 3yo ate free, the hotel tried to charge us for an additional adult saying that the 2 free pax were for 1 adult and 1 child. Lastly, the tiles near the breakfast and pool area were so slippery, my 3yo slipped and got hurt in the fall. Room was nice and clean, but all the other things weren’t great!

Terrific room for the price. No complains. Conveniently situated in mount austin. Plenty of food options around. Comfortable room. Will definitely return. Good tv with disney n netfliz.

Ich würde gerne vollen Sternen zu diesem Hotel geben, aber jetzt bei 2+am Ich bin weit wach und inhaliere Zigaretten rauchen entweder von unüberlegten Rauchern außerhalb des Korridors/Puffing in ihren Zimmern n irgendwie durch den Luftkon umgekreist? - und ich kann nichts dagegen tun. Ich bin auch durch die Lautstärke von Motorrädern von Autos/Bikes entlang der Hauptstraße wach gehalten. Buchen Sie dieses Hotel für seinen Wert für Geldzimmer & Nähe zu Mt Austin, aber auch für diese schleifenden Rauchstein, neben Staubboden, alten Zimmer n kleinen Wasserdruck. Beim Einchecken gab es einen starken Harn-/Wasserstreifen in unserem WC n unser Heizgerät wurde abgeschmolzen. Allerdings schätze ich den Techniker, dass er am nächsten Morgen 8+am heruntergekommen ist, um es zu reparieren. Kurz gesagt, freundliches Personal, Budget Zimmer mit guten Einrichtungen, aber nicht zurück sein.
