Ich denke, es gibt ein Problem mit dem Badezimmer, der Raum zwischen Dusche und Toilette ist zu eetit, ich kann kaum zurück. Ich bin 1m90 groß. Es gibt Aufgaben auf Lampen, Streifen auf den Türen. Sehr komfortabeles Bett, Beleuchtung funktioniert sehr gut. Es fehlte Zahnbürsten und Gemälde! Housekeeping sollte die Zimmer vor den Kunden überprüfen. Der Pool ist sehr gut, gute Installation! Frühstück sehr gut. Ich würde sagen, dass die Standards eines 5-Sterne-Hotels nicht vorhanden sind, auch auf der Ebene des Gastgeberservices ist es noch sehr grundlegende, aber ohne weiteres wartete ich auf einen besseren Service trotzdem. Das Essen im ATI war sehr gut, aber die Kellnerin ist sehr jung und sehr freundlich, diese Kenntnisse in F&B zu vertiefen. Der Chef kam uns seine Speise, sehr professionell erklären.

We spent two nights in this property first impressions are excellent the foyer is very elegant . Check in and out was very efficient and friendly as was baggage handling . Our rooms (204 and 409 ) were spacious and well presented as were the bathrooms and reflected the overall elegance of the entire property . Facilities were as you would expect in a five star establishment, connectivity was good as was the sleep quality noise levels were low despite construction work on lower floors. The staff on the whole were very pleasant which in Georgia is not always the case especially in the restaurants , everyone we dealt with had a reasonable command of English particularly on reception and hotel porters . We used the hotel limousine service to the airport which was superb the driver was very helpful and polite and drove very safely. The vehicle was a Maybach which was spacious and comfortable . I forgot my hand luggage in the car at the airport after we were dropped ( panic time) but fortunately a phone call to the hotel had the driver speeding back to us within fifteen minutes . Despite some of the not so good reviews we felt this hotel was expensive for Georgia but nevertheless was reasonably priced for the standard of service it provides . This opinion is based on twenty years of staying in five star hotels for between five to seven months a year in a wide variety of locations throughout the world. In short a nice property.

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Die Erfahrung im Hotel war charmant ab Tag 1. David am Rezeption zusammen mit anderen Teammitgliedern wie Mancho und Tako waren brillant und immer bereit, zu helfen. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Suitezimmer genommen und die Reinigungsmittel machten immer eine gute Arbeit. Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Frühstück war ein einfaches Geschäft, aber das Essen war immer frisch. Der Chef machte sehr fluffige Eier und der Käse im Haus war erstaunlich. Aber die meisten der gebackenen Waren, die wir hatten, waren absolut lecker, vor allem die Croissants, die außergewöhnlich waren. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren wieder sehr angenehm. Manager Tazo zusammen mit anderen Mitarbeitern Saba Gvansta Mariam und Katya und anderen bitte ich auch die Namen vergessen.. sie waren sehr freundlich und immer bereit, zu helfen. Sehr effizient verwaltet Hotel. 5 Sterne. Nicht weniger.

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel, more like 3 stars! 1. The cleaning service of the hotel was very bad, there was spider web in the corner of the ceiling. The bathroom floor was never mopped during our stay. 2. We requested a calm room, we received a room on the forth floor (#419) that directly faced the fan of the ventilation system of the restaurant located in the lobby. The operation sound of the system made it impossible to open the window due to the blowing sound and the cooking smell coming up. 3. The AC is a different story in this hotel; it was very hot and we couldn't control the temperature inside of the room. It was set on 27 degrees! When we addressed this issue with the receptionist, he explained that the AC system is central and many other customers complained about the same issue, and there's nothing that he can do about it. 4. The bathroom utilities had an EXPIRED SHAVING CREAM that caused us a skin rush. 5. The first day that we arrived, the weather was very bad, it was heavily raining. Upon check-in, the receptionist (Mariam) refused to let us do the check-in before paying the full amount. We went under the rain looking for a place to exchange money. They even gave us a wrong location for an exchange office. Later on, during our stay, we discovered that the receptionist offered free umbrellas to the guests when the weather was bad, while in our case she didn't bother herself to! 6. The mattresses and the pillows were not as comfortable as it should be for a 4 stars hotel. 7. The lobby has always cooking and deep frying smell coming from the restaurant located at the ground floor. 8. The room is always dark even when you turn all the lights on, and the TV has only Georgian and Russian channels. 9. The shower head was leaking water, it was fixed later on by the staff. With every shower the bathroom floor was flooding due to the lack of a glass barrier. The towels were replaced by torn ones several times during our stay. 10. The gym is not located inside of the hotel as advertised on booking. 11. The minibar was empty, and when we checked in we found an open sugar sachet left from the pervious guests.

Мне сложно угодить с отелем. Чистоплотность и брезгливость выше нормы. И радостно, когда можно найти отель по комфортной цене и вместе с этим, наслаждаться чистотой, новизной, эстетикой. Ехали мимо, и случайно зашли в этот отель. И не пожалели. Кроме идеальной чистоты и новизны за очень приемлемый ценник, могу отметить тишину в номерах и за окнами, а также доброту и отзывчивость персонала. Администратор Майя очень располагающий и заботливый человек! При этом, тактичный. Рекомендую отель от всей души.

Zu den wenigsten meiner Erwartungen nach der Ankunft des Hotels, habe ich angenommen, es wird nicht ein guter Aufenthalt, aber überraschend ...... Der Moment, in dem Sie das Hotel in seinem sehr schönen Innenhof eintreten, sind die Mitarbeiter sehr willkommen und gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber.. und sie lieferten alle Bedürfnisse, die wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Das Hotel ist auch in der Nähe des U-Bahn-Station, die auch für uns ein Gewinn war. Das Personal Annie, Victoria und die Dame, die uns Omelettes ... im so dankbar gemacht haben, dass unser Aufenthalt angenehm war. Wir kommen im Winter zurück.
