1.同房續住，沒有給相同的房間。 2.餐廳吃飯，等了一個小時才做好，中途催了幾次，每次都説再等五分鐘。

房間總起來説還是很乾凈☺️但是什麼東西都沒有。連餐巾紙也沒有。基本沒有服務。那他們微波爐熱個東西和我説沒有這個服務。離老城因為有點遠。不會再住了

Wir haben im Sommer 2024 mit unseren drei Kindern hier 5 Nächte verbracht und leider muss ich die negativen Bewertungen bestätigen: obwohl es noch eine Stunde Frühstück gegeben hätte, waren viele Sachen wie Früchte, Oeangensaft, Butter, Käse etc. schon leer und wurden auch nicht mehr von den Angestellten aufgefüllt. Wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen und energischer werden, bis dann noch eine Platte mit Früchten kam. Das Personal schien fabei genervt und nicht motiviert. Und das war leider an drei Tagen hinter gleich, so dass wir ab dem vierten Tag auswärts gefrühstückt haben (obwohl die beiden Zimmer eigentlich inkl. Frühstück gewesen wären). Dazu kam, dass mein kleiner Sohn im Taxi seinen Lieblingshut aus Costa Rica vergessen hatte. Der Taxifahren war so nett, den Hut nach ein paar Tagen ins Hotel zu bringen, wo mir versprochen wurde, dass sie diesen behalten und ich ihn im Oktober 2024 bei einer Geschäftsreise abholen könnte. Auf Whatsapp wurde mir sogar von einem Mirarbeiter des Episode Hotels bestätigt, dass der Hut gebracht wurde und ich bekam eine Fallnummer. Als ich diesen Hut gestern abholen gehen wollte, konnte die unmotivierte Mitarbeiterin des Frontdesks diesen nicht finden und versprach mir, dass man diesen suchen und mich kontaktieren würde. Obwohl ich mehrmals nachgefragt habe, bekam ich keine Antwort mehr, ob der Hut nun da ist oder nicht und musste. Alles andere als kundenfreundlich und familienorientiert dieses Hotel. Ich kann niemandem emofehlen dort abzusteigen. Da gibt es viel bessere kleine Hotels in Tiflis.

Darkest hallway ever. Room was pretty small. No fridge, no coffee, or kettle in room. Offered city view, recieved no view, inside room with view of just bushes. No free coffee for convenience. Have to purchase. Shower head clogged. Hope it wasn't cleaned for while. At check in reception 2 young girls were so busy. Couldn't even look at us to help. Check out was easy. The receptionist was so helpful. She even went over to help us. Much appreciated, and forgot ask her name. Hope to see changes in next visit.

Episode Hotel! I’d say it’s a really good place to stay as the rooms are clean and have all the basics facilities. However, the staff should be more friendly and improve their English as well as their attitude! This time I will leave a 5 star as I was overall happy but not so happy with the staff!

Location, Location, Location! This hotel truly excels in its prime spot. Being right in front of a police station ensures a safe and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation. The proximity to small restaurants and the convenience of Carrefour next door is an added bonus. While the bustling city life is a short drive away, the hotel offers a serene retreat. Staff and Service The staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their helpfulness and hospitality contributed significantly to the overall positive experience. Room and Facilities The room we stayed in was impressive with a stunning view. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, offering comfortable workspaces, a business center, and conference rooms. It's clear that the hotel caters to both leisure and business travelers. Dining The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, a delightful treat after a long day. However, the breakfast buffet left something to be desired with limited options. A Few Notes While the location and amenities were outstanding, the standard rooms felt a bit cramped, especially the lack of a wardrobe. We hope the hotel considers expanding the breakfast menu to cater to a wider range of tastes. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly service. With a few improvements to the rooms and breakfast, it could be an even more exceptional experience.

One of the best hotels in Georgia and not only. Everything is clean, modern and beautiful. The architecture, interior, atmosphere - brilliant. Location is great as well - the downtown of Tbilisi. The Atrium is also beautiful where you can smoke, watch the sky or drink tea or coffee.

Thank you for great service and nice hotel! 1/ Rooms was absolutely fantastic - 10 / 10 (tech morden design with all facilities + cleaning every day) 2/ Co-working + atrium with plants was awesome - 12 / 10 (except smoking in atrium area, will be better restrict smoke there) 3/ Food was great - 9/10 (tasty menu, but narrow chose and breakfast can be more tasty) 4/ Service / personal - 10 / 10 (everything excellent)
