Wie der Titel erahnen lässt: es ist ein wirklich cooler Ort! Das Hotel könnte genauso in New York oder London stehen und wäre dort (auch) erfolgreich! Man könnte es auch für ein hippes Start-Up-Unternehmen in Berlin halten, so viele coole Menschen, wie hier in allen Ecken und Winkeln des überraschend großen Gebäudes very busy im Notebook zugange sind ;-) Die Einrichtung ist wirklich schick, das ganze Ambiente ist toll und man merkt, dass man sich hier sehr viele Gedanken über "Design-Aha-Effekte" gemacht hat. Aber, der geneigte Mensch ahnt, dass hier ein "aber" kommt: es fehlt so ein bisschen Seele, ein wenig Atmosphäre, etwas echten Tbilisi - leider!

Definitely stay at Stamba for an authentic Georgian hospitality experience in Tbilisi. In addition to its unique interior concept and spacious rooms, the F&B performance is just as impressive: I had one of the best fish dishes ever at Café Stamba. Be sure to try their homemade truffles as well. One other thing that stands out in my memory is the helpfulness of the bellboys. I had an amazing stay and can’t wait to return to Stamba, but I will also check into other hotels in its group across Georgia. Highly recommended!

I’d like to share my extremely negative experience at Stamba hotel. Stayed there for four nights and was robbed during my stay.. Someone from the staff has stolen my watch which was carefully placed in the plastic small bag and tucked deeply in my Chanel purse. The rest of the belongings remained untouched. I didn’t want to accuse the hotel staff on the robbery at the first and tried to ask them delicately if they might have found my watch by chance. The answer was “no”, though I could see approximate item whereabouts by the miniature built in gps.. I knew for a hundred percent that I enter the hotel with my watch in the bag and left it without one. Unfortunately I discovered the loss only before my check-out and didn’t have the time to pursue the matter on the spot, hoping that the upscale hotel could sort it out within the employees.. They couldn’t, and judging by their answer on my email they hadn’t even tried to investigate my report. I doubt that anyone bothered to have a look at the CCTV footage, let alone to question the housekeeping. Now I want to let to know everyone that the hotel staff are thefts and the management doesn’t bother to solve the problem. In all my life this is the very first time that I run into such negligence from so called “five star” hotel -absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable situation.

This is a truly amazing experience. I highly recommend the hotel and if you have the opportunity, you need to visit it and stay there at least for short time. I stayed for 1 night but choosing the best room and it was a true pleasure. Also the staff is always willing to help.

Stamba is a very interesting boutique hotel, centrally located close to Rustaveli avenue and the service is exceptional. Rooms are large, comfortable, stylish, well placed and has a very local feel. Love the way the old publishing house was converted and the way areas have been used for their kitchen garden, amphitheatre, libraries all across including all the rooms. Very very stylish. If you want an out of the box boutique comfortable place to stay, this is your stop. The staff were very courteous and accommodating on every request. Special mentions for George, Davitsi.

I stayed in Tbilisi in February for a week and highly recommend Stamba Hotel! I appreciate how friendly the staff was, they always managed to accomodate to my needs and be attentive! The language barrier was not recognisable, as I have heard from many people. I will visit again.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Rooms and restaurant were great and we had great time at the city. Their restaurant is great, very professional service and good quality food. Also rooms are really cool with very interesting design. Also the staff who did our check in was great and he helped us a lot with the city, very kind gentleman. On the other hand let me tell you where this took a turn. Throughout our stay we couldn’t get hot water. 1st day it was at least Luke warm which was enough and we didn’t wanna cause a scene, however 2nd day we had no hot water! Just to let you know Tbilisi was 0 degrees when we were there. And my wife is 4 months pregnant, we informed the reception and we were informed that engineering will come yet nobody came to the room for 15 minutes. We were in a hurry and we took a cold shower and told them to cancle. Upon check out nobody ask our experience so I took the liberty of mentioning hot water issue to the receptionist, she just said “thank you for letting us know! Anything from minibar?” I said “i think for a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable I will place a review so others don’t get affected” no answer and after some silence would you like to see your bill? Im sorry but if you don’t care about guest experience you won’t stay in the hospitality market for too long. Only reason we don’t give lower points is, the service we got in the restaurant and the room design. This level of guest handling deserves much lower points!

The chicest hotel in Georgia, with stunning, moody interiors that feel straight out of a Wes Anderson film. The vibe, in general, reminded me of the Gramercy Park Hotel. We booked the Aviator Room, which was gorgeous and huge! The bed was super comfortable and the linens were luxe. The reception staff went above and beyond, assisting us with securing hard to get tickets to a local show. Visiting the cafe is a must, with the best khachapuri we had in Georgia and a phenomenal pistachio cake. The only drawback was the dark lighting in the bathroom, which made getting ready challenging. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Terrific quick stay at the Stamba. With shops, cafe, hotel, garden, bar, workspace, chocolateria and greenhouse etc, it's a whole world unto itself and we enjoyed just staying in and enjoying the hotel. We got upgraded to a wonderful big room with high ceilings and a copper bathtub on the terrace which made for a delightful outdoor bath on a chilly night. And loved the high ceillings, artwork, record player, coffee maker and all the other room features. Really atmosphere and relaxing. Also had a very nice dinner at the restaurant and ordered room service for breakfast. Note, our room service card never got picked up from the door as stated, so we ended up having to bring it down to the front desk in the morning, but aside from that, the service was terrific. Special shoutout to Lasha who doubles as bellboy and concierge and was extremely helpful and friendly at every turn - helping us do everything from arranging a car service to buying something from the shop after hours. I definitely recommend the hotel's shops for last minute gifts/souvenirs, by the way. Anyway, loved everything about the Stamba and would happily go back.

Incredibly cool design, good location, excellent customer service. The food at their restaurant, Café Stamba was also very good. The only thing that I'd give anything less than both thumbs up is the state of the carpet in our room. It was surprisingly tired looking and stained. Seems like a silly thing to point out but it's the kind of thing that gives me a bit of pause when I'm deciding whether or not to rebook somewhere.

Rooms are romantic, beautiful, charming, spacious. Gorgeous windows draped with vines. Bed so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. Copper bathtub with bath salts. Breakfast was delicious. Great location in central Tbilisi.

Amazing room and fantastic service. It's the kind of room you don't want to leave, but when you do, be sure to visit the wine bar in the hotel garden.

Stamba hotel has a great concept and design … beautiful large comfortable room , friendly people and staff easy check-in/out location in city center tasty breakfast and lovely dinner experience, great daily private tours to discover Tbilisi and Georgia , i really enjoyed my stay and my 1st visit to Tbilisi. Big thanks to Sergo for the daily tours , i felt safe, in good company and enjoyed my road trips and discoveries. thanks as well to Irakli for dinner advices and a friendly welcome i highly recommend Stamba hotel
