I’ve stayed there for a night before catching an early flight.
The hotel is easily accessible with the train from the airport. 1min by walk from the exit
Very good hotels with good commodities : gym/swimming pool, restaurants…
The staff is efficient
Nice view from the airport from the room
Free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport
Breakfast buffet offers a lot of food selection
Would recommend it!

Toilet was not cleaned properly and had urine stains. Very disappointing stay. Also shuttle to airport had seats that were eventually not taken but the front desk didn’t even bother to check but just said the bus was full.

The hotel is very close to the airport which is very suitable for someone who stay in Taipei for a day or 2.
The service was good and we wish we could have tried their SPA as they were fully booked.
The breakfast had a lot choices but the taste was somewhat average, they could have done better.

I had a wonderful stay at Taoyuan Novotel Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They understood our need for an early check-in the next day and arranged a shuttle bus for us at 6:30 am. They also assisted in keeping all our luggage, including items that needed to be stored in the chill room, and ensured everything was ready before our check-out. I loved the service and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Novotel Taoyuan. I will definitely come back again.

This Novotel had a great shuttle service, breakfast buffet with many Asian and Western choices, comfy bed (firm by N Amer standards but okay), and a nice view of the airport so you can watch the planes take off at golden hour from your room.
We also took the nearby (super close) metro to a night market and had such a fun dinner there. Lots of massage places and bars to choose from too and only 20 minutes away by train. Glad we picked this hotel!
