Im trubeligen Taormina ist das kleine Familienhotel ein Rückzugsort zum Entspannen. Das Casa Arico ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und mit antiken Möbeln und Kunst dekoriert. Vom Frühstücksraum, der Dachterrasse und von einigen Zimmern aus genießt man einen herrlichen Meerblick und kann entspannte Stunden verbringen. Luca und sein Onkel Enrico sind sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Als unsere Ankunft sich verspätete und kein Bus mehr nach Taormina fuhr, holte Luca uns vom Flughafen in Catania ab. Der persönliche Shuttle war günstiger als ein Taxifahrt und Luca gab uns die ersten Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend um Taormina. Auch Enrico kümmerte sich rührend um unser Wohlergehen und brachte uns morgens einen Kaffee ins Zimmer, den wir vor dem eigentlichen Frühstück genießen konnten. Weil der Frühstücksraum im Casa Arico zu klein ist, um Covid-konform das Frühstück zu servieren, durften wir Gäste im Café von Nona Rosa, gleich um die Ecke sein. Dort gibt es die besten Cannoli von Sizilien und jede Mange anderer selbst gebackener Köstlichkeiten. Das Casa Arico liegt ruhig und zentral und eignet sich wunderbar, um Taormina und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Had a wonderful experience staying here and can’t say enough great things about the host, Luka. The location is tucked away just off the main ***** which made it easy to walk everywhere. They offer a transfer to and from the airport and would recommend guests to use it. Luka is the perfect host! He provided a detailed list of recommendations for restaurants, things to do, night life, etc. If I ever visit Taormina in the future I’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you Luka!!

We loved our stay here! The entire staff was so nice and accommodating and Luca had some great recommendations for things to to do in Taormina and also helped arrange our Mt Etna tour. The house is absolutely gorgeously decorated as well (including an adorable resident cat). Hope to come back one day!

Casa Arico is an absolutely beautiful home and well worth the money. The sheets are high end, breakfast is great and within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants. Our only disappointment was checkout was early (10:30 am) and they were unable to store our luggage but recommended a store nearby which can hold your suitcase for 5 euros.

We spent 3 wonderful days at Casa Arico at the end of May and were extremely impressed. First of all, the B&B is immaculately maintained and feels more like a beautiful private home than a hotel. We stayed in the mountain view suite and were very impressed by both the size (a huge living area and large terrace) and the quality of the furnishings (from the bed to the furniture). Our suite had what is absolutely the nicest bathroom I have ever seen in Italy! Secondly, Luca was a fantastic host. When we checked in, he told us "I will take care of everything" and he definitely did - from arranging restaurant reservations to a transfer to our next destination and everything in between. I should also mention that Casa Arico is in a fantastic location on a quiet street steps from Porta Messina. Finally, the breakfasts are fantastic, served every morning by the delightful Gabriella! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

The pictures don't do this place justice! From the moment you meet Luca and enter the house you are transcended into another world. The house is beautifully decorated with every little detail cared for. Breakfast served by Gabrielle each morning is a delight with some of the best coffee we've had. You always feel like you're staying in someone's home because you are. At all times made to feel welcome and comfortable. Luca has suggestions for everything and seems to know everyone in Taormina. The only problem with this place is you'll have to leave at some point... Highly recommended!

This place was beautiful, stunning views and great location. The staff were amazing especially Luca, he helped us with everything from setting up wine tours/etna tours to giving us amazing restaurant recommendations. Me and my friend had the best time! Highly reccomend!!
