Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal Gäste in diesem Hotel. Wir waren stets zufrieden bis auf diesmal: unser gebuchtes Zimmer befand sich genau unter den Karaoke Räumen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken in dieser eh schon sehr kurzen Nacht. Wir mussten um 4 Uhr (am) das Hotel verlassen und bis kurz nach 2 Uhr sangen die Gäste um die Wette. Sehr nervig und anstrengend. Auch gab es diesmal kein early breakfast wie zur Ramadanzeit, zu diesem Zeitpunkt konnten wir bereits ab 3 Uhr frühstücken. Diesmal war es erst ab 4 Uhr möglich. Eine Frühstücksbox gab es nicht für die früh abreisenden Gäste. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht hatten. Unser Timmer gefiel uns diesmal ebenfalls nicht so gut, es roch ziemlich nach Zigaretten obwohl wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer bestellten. Wir hoffen beim nächsten Mal ist wieder als wie gewohnt.

Ich war in den letzten Jahren einige Male in diesem Motel und fand, dass es ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet. Das Personal ist höflich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Der Shuttle-Bus-Abholservice für die Abholung und Rückgabe vom Flughafen ist sehr praktisch. Insgesamt ein guter Ort für einen Aufenthalt von 1 oder 2 Nächten.

This was my second stay and again didn’t disappoint. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Dining and breakfast delicious. Smooth airport shuttle. No complaints.

We always stay in here whenever we travel to Jakarta because this hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the airport for free and it’s available every hour. It is very convenient for us in order to catch a flight. The breakfast is good, food is good, gym is good, they have sauna and steam room, the pool is clean, staff is very friendly and so helpful. It’s very recommended guys and it’s near to the airport which is a good thing.

The hotel is like in hospital And no elevator Also the walkway is so long Our room is in the middle I need to walk 5 minutes to get outside the walkway The room has limited design, I think the room only like 3 star hotel In the other hand, It has many facilities Massage, swimming pool, buffet etc And it’s good for family trip It’s reasonable price I think it help it to 4 star

The service is very good. Got morning call about freight reminder. Got free shutter bus ! All the worker here very polite and helpful..

You can request for airport pick up and drop off. The location is very close to the airport, so if you have an early flight or frequently use f or the airport, this is one of the hotel

They are dealing with short stay guests. Come and go..guest service is far away from hotel policy. They sells beverage no licensed.no expiry date.no ingredient label on bottle..Due to mango juice i was suffering from diarrhea , vomitting all night long.i asked duty mgr to take me hospital..they said go alone.as a diagnostic result was turned out poisoning..they urged me to pay it from my pocket.duty manager operating manager..they have no decision making .no authority ..no responsibility about guest emergencies.. I reported to health ministry already Must be careful when check in this hotel in hygiene Never recommend this fake 4 star resort. It was my business trip.

The food is very good, the location is very convenient, very close to the airport, the overall environment is very quiet, the room is large
