Hotels mit Frühstück in Tanah Rata

This hotel actually got everything of what a great hotel should have,in this case, a 4 star rated hotel. 1. Good customer service. 2. Hotel facilities & amenities. 3. Spacious parking bays (FOC). 4. Good ambiance & scenery. 5. Spacious room tho for its basic room. However, The management should consider to upgrade/refurbish the hotel room as the room looks old/obsolete. There were baby cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. But that wasn't a major turnoff as I can consider. Hotel's sink/bathtub found with tough stains. The foods quality for breakfast buffet was not up to the par of 4star hotel as they claimed. Presentations of the foods was pretty much basic as 3 or lower star rated hotel. Previous room for my superior deluxe was unable to get hot shower as confirmed by the technician that were termostat failure. We got upgraded room to another block which is very well appreciated. But again, to our major turnoff- the room service staff went to our room while we were having breakfast with the signage of DO NOT DISTURB hanged on the doorknob. Understand that he was cleaning and making up the room but that was never a practice for hotel policy to get into residents' room without permission. We left our valuable belonging, stole the privacy and even throw out our personal stuff which happened to be in a box of pizza that he thought was leftover foods. The management really should consider to provide trainings to the staff especially for domestic workers. They were good but they thought it was okay to do it. Good thing, the manager came and apologize and promised to have a word with the staff. It was a good move, but we really can't accept the action, especially for a 4 star rated hotel to have such understanding & practice. One night, there were incident of pipe leakage resulted half of the carpet on the hallway wet and damp. Some of the nearest rooms including our room was flooded with water around 1-2am. Good thing was the water wasn't get far to the room's carpet. But due to the damp carpet on the halleay, the affected area created bad and musty smell. Luckily we are checking out the next day. All in all, it was still a good stay and experience. The staff did well in providing outstanding service and always make sure the needs are met. But I don't think the hotel should be rated as 4 star as the reasons above mentioned. Downgrade to the lower star or fix the price of the hotel stay. Customers are not okay to pay such price for that kind of issues as return. There goes the anniversary celebration for both of us. But we did enjoy our moments in this hotel and Cameron Highland.

Wir lieben alles am Zenith Cameron, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out, bis auf die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es ist enttäuschend, da wir überall viele Haarsträhnen auf dem Teppich gefunden haben. Fühlte mich dabei unwohl. Bitte schauen Sie sich das an, denn wir (Muslime) legen großen Wert auf die Sauberkeit des Bodens, um unsere Gebete zu verrichten, und ich habe ein Baby, das die meiste Zeit auf dem Boden spielt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. So viele Möglichkeiten beim Essen. Alles in allem würde ich in Zukunft wiederkommen. Kein Zweifel.

Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und wir erhielten täglich neue Flaschen Wasser und saubere Handtücher. Sie änderten sogar die Blätter während unseres Aufenthalts 3-days. Der Empfänger war hilfreich, wenn wir Taxis bekommen mussten. Es war sehr schwer, einen guten Schlaf zu bekommen. Sie hören jedes Geräusch aus dem Korridor und den benachbarten Zimmern. Der Geräusch reist wirklich! Der Balkon wurde mit dem angrenzenden Zimmer geteilt, was zu einem Mangel an Privatsphäre führt und (wenn Sie uns nicht gelückt sind) gibt es noch mehr Lärm, wenn Sie versuchen zu schlafen.

Hat eine große Freude, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Schnell einchecken, geräumiges Zimmer und das Toilette. Parkplatz auch direkt neben unserem Block. Das Frühstück hat auch viele Wahlen. Liebe, dort wieder zu bleiben.

Romantisches Gebäude in einem historischen Gebäude, in einem ruhigen und gemütlichen Ecken von Cameron Highlands verdunkelt. Die Zimmer haben meist rustikale oder vintage-Möbel, die genau das ist, was ich suchte. Die Badezimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Das Gebäude selbst ist ein Wohngarten mit mehreren Schichten zu erkunden, jeder mit seinem eigenen kleinen Geheimnis. Der beste Teil ist das Frühstück. Versuchen Sie das ”Malaysian Special” Frühstück des Tages, und Sie werden mit großzügiger Hilfe von Malaysia / Indian / Chinese Delikatesse serviert. Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt hier und werde definitiv zurückkommen.

Im a frequent traveller frm KL up to CH as my son n relatives are working there. But this is our first time trying this Hotel at De La Ferns since its close to my son's work place and seriously....im loving it!! Thank u so much crews..u made our day. Everything was perfect..1st stay on 24th Jan arrived late our original room was taken and we were given an upgrade room to junior suite..wow! 2nd stay again on 27th Jan ..both rooms were perfect facing the main road feels safe for us. So nice and kind ur staff is so understanding since for the 2nd stay i was alone they put me up close to the lift area. And the best part of all the room is ur TV oh my..ur Tv..android TV leh..jangan main main tau😂. We wil definately make this our fav hotel too. Now.....the bad part of this was......... Ur bed n pillows r so comfy u make us miss our breakfast!! Like..seriously!? 😂😂 So ..sorry guys if there isnt any reviews for d breakfast part since we havent got a chance to try it yet. But highly recommend this hotel to all. C u again La Ferns...😘😘✌️

Das beste Hotel, das ich je in Cameron Highlands gehabt habe. Beste Erfahrung. Das bietet das Frühstücksbuffet und es war sehr nett. Sie haben eine Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln, Getränken und alles ist schmackhaft. Ich werde sicher wiederkommen, wenn ich Cameron Highlands besuche.

Everything is perfect except for the size of the room. It’s too small for its price. I love the interior. It provides Netflix but sometimes internet connection was problematic too. Staff were great. They’re efficient and friendly. Delicious food for all breakfast lunch and dinner

Wonderful & relaxing stay over four nights. Staff are incredibly helpful and bend over backwards to organise anything you need eg day trips, boat trips, snorkel trips. The pool and beach area are lovely. There are water refill stations around the resort which is also great. Accommodation each has their own private balcony / deck upstairs and the welcome pack was a nice gesture. I also like the resort focus on their coral reef projects, etc. I would give this place five out of five however there was quite a bit of building and maintenance happening around the resort while I was there and I did encounter some issues with the final bill which really put a dampener on what was a great few days. The resort did provide awareness of the building maintenance when we turned up at the resort as a courtesy. Final bill discrepancies were eventually rectified before departure however it was 30 mins on my last day that I didn't need to encounter and sort out. All in all, great stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Die Zimmer sind nicht durch Wände, sondern durch Kabinen getrennt. Man hört alles, was auch eine Person, die 5 Zimmer weitergehoben hat, passiert.
