Dirty bedsheet, the pillow case was torn and the towel looks very old. Lots of glass scattered on the floor when we walked out of the door. Really need to improve a bit, not much just fix a little bit.

The room was completely dirty, with bed sheets and pillowcases full of stains and marks. The worst part is the bathroom and toilet🤮🙈. I can't even pee in the toilet. The air conditioner didn't work either. No toilet paper no tissue. I spent $27 for the room like that???

Very close by to all the amazing malls great location , friendly staff but they really need to fix up the bed covers ..it will scare people away for nothing even if they were washed 😂.

The pillowcases, bolsters and bed linen were very dirty.. The color was brownish yellow and there were even traces of blood on the sheets.. I complained to the manager, then they changed all the fabrics

Bed sheets is not clean, I can see blood stain 😑 The air cond doesn't work properly, make the room super hot, I feels like inside the sauna room
