A friendly hotel with great location by a pedestrian mall and the metro. The rooms are nice with good hot water. Only one slow elevator, I used stairs instead, no problem. The breakfast is real Chinese style, simple and delicious. No coffee or tea.

Staff friendly and helpful. I"ve stayed in several rooms on different occasions and they all seem to smell strongly of smoke - i don't smoke, so found this unpleasant. wifi was somewhat unreliable but this may have been an issue beyond the hotel's control - more of a phone company and/or government restrictions issue. Value for money good, location good.

The location of this property is desirable. The distance n navigation from the Subway to the hotel is also convenient n easy. Just beside the hotel is the Pedestrians Street which was not noisy to my surprise. A couple of good n cheap eateries were within walking distance. The front office staff were friendly n helpful. My room was big as I had reserved n the bathroom was a comfortable size though the water pressure in the shower cabin was a bit low. This hotel can be recommended for other travellers.

The water in the shower always goes hot cold hot cold, the temperature is not stable. Limited water from the handheld shower head. The housekeeper does not change the bedsheets unless you write a note and leave it on the bed. The housekeeper does not sweep the floor every day.

Good location hotel is newly renovated but there is people smoke on the floor so it could be a bit annoying but it's not hotel fault, shower is a bit weak apart from that is very good hotel

衞生：剛進門的時候就在枕頭上看到了一根女士頭髮，然後去衞生間檢查毛巾的時候也有很明顯的污漬與毛髮設施：最大的缺點就是水量小，洗澡的水量特別小環境：環境還行，樓下是商業街，離地鐵站也很近服務：這是最讓我反感的地方，我出門時放在桌子上的早餐券回來的時候不見了，應該是保潔阿姨給拿走了，無論我去不去吃酒店的早餐，那個券應該都是我的私人物品吧，難道保潔阿姨沒有受過不要動旅客私人物品的培訓嗎？
