Da unser Flug erheblich verspätet war rief ich im hotel an, ob der Shuttlebus noch fährt, der fuhr bis 23.45 Uhr, was ich sehr kulant finde. Zimmer groß wie üblich und allesxda, sehr sauber, Betten super bequem. Frühstück sehr dünn, außerdem alles Plastik (teller, Besteck etc). Nachhaltigkeit hier leider immernoch nicht angekommen. Für knapp 130€ insgesamt zu teuer.

Will not stay there again broken A/C There was knocking sound coming from the bathroom vent.
Asked for decaffeinated coffee in the reception area because it was empty in the evening. I received regular I was still up at 6AM and had to get up at 8AM all day travel all day and have to take care of my husband for 10 days now being exhausted already.

Great value compared to other options. The staff was friendly and the property was in fine condition. The only concerns were the floors were filthy and the amount of noise in the hallway after midnight.

Im disappointed in my stay here 14-18th and no room service. Had to keep taking trash down, getting towels and keys reactivated everyday they wouldn’t work. Shower water doesn’t get hot, pool freezing no heater, hot tub broken it’s cool/ no bubbles . Breakfast is terrible. Tried to tell housekeeping and they don’t understand English. Also no cleaner to wipe down gym equipment. Overall ruined trip

The pickup at the airport was great and check-in was very smooth. If anyone is looking a place to eat within walking distance and like Hispanic food then you definitely need to Los Comparres II which is right across the parking lot on Waters ave. The food and service were fantastic. There is a shuttle to the cruise port at this hotel also. You can sign up for it at check-in. The WaWa across the street offers a wide variety of things and is pretty reasonable price wise. The breakfast at the hotel is good also. All in all I would definitely recommend the hotel for future travels

It was extremely noisy next to a Wawa. I swear it was biker gangs rolling through all times of the night. Worst thing is they charged an extra $25 on top of the ******* fee. I called and they played dumb.
DONT STAY HERE.
