一分為二的説 先説好的：從前台到客房大姐 服務態度都非常好 特別熱情 訂房時我忘記兑換早餐了 前台小姐姐直接送了我四份早餐 格局一下就打開了 再説不足： 1.酒店設施寫了有充電樁 其實不在酒店停車場裏 而是在酒店隔壁的一個星星充電站 而且要往裡走幾百米才到 也就是説 我車要充電 不能把車停酒店插好 人上樓就完事了 而是需要去外面充並且在車裡等 不然就要來回走很遠去取車 而且 我充了半小時竟然收我10塊停車費 我在北京王府井也沒這麼貴啊 前台解釋説寫有充電樁是説酒店周圍設施 這是偷換概念 酒店外設施都能寫進來的話 那酒店要挨着醫院 能説酒店自帶醫院嗎 2.可能暗黑系的裝修不太適應 衞生間從牆到地面都是黑的 黑就算了 全屋燈光都很暗 我都不太敢去上廁所 而且衞生間一洗澡 水都流到外面來了 裏面地面竟然比外面高 3.註明了不要帶煙味的房間 但兩間房裡一間有煙味一間有下水道味 聯繫前台換了一間 4.電視竟然不能投屏！上一個不能投屏的店 是我住過的農家院 現在連縣城的酒店都前台有咖啡機房間電視能投屏 全屋智能小度 萬達旗下竟然衹能看傳統電視我驚呆了 總之：除了服務很好 其他很多細節處處蹩腳 用省會城市並且萬達集團來要求的話 還有提升空間
