Die Ausstattung war alles top bewertet: Ich war besonders froh, einen Dyson-Haartrockner im Zimmer zu haben! Aber was mich dort so angenehm machte, war der 6-star Service, der von dem Hotelmanager Darcy und ihrem Team angeboten wurde. Sie waren super professionell, freundlich und aufmerksam, und gingen die zusätzlichen Meile, um sicherzustellen, dass  die in meinem Zimmer aufgestellten erfüllten meine Anforderungen und dass ich eine tolle Zeit in Taiyuan hatte.  Das Frühstücksangebot war wunderbar und das Essen war lecker.
