Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr sauber, die Privatsphäre ist sehr gut, und es gibt Roboter, die Dinge zu senden, etwas im Zimmer fallen, die Rezeption ist sehr gut bewahrt, zunächst wusste ich nicht, dass sie fallen, die Rezeption hat mich angerufen, intim. Das Hotel ist auch zwei oder dreimal hier. Die Lage ist gut. Die Tür ist eine Busbahnhöfe. Überall kann ich gehen, gut! Die Einrichtungen sind komplett, die Tür ist auch ein Parkplatz. Im ersten Stock gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Die kleine Schwester der Rezeption hat mich zum ersten Mal mit dem Roboter geliefert, um sie zu waschen. Die Schwester oben ist auch sehr bescheiden!

設施：比其他漫心有點舊了，衹有一部電梯，屋內小度也不好用了，但是酒店提出幫忙換房間。淋浴間的方洗護用品的架子都傾斜了。

環境：周圍很熱鬧，就是酒店門口那些小店有點亂亂的，不是正對馬路的
服務：入住到第二天早上都很好，幫忙拿行李，很熱情周到，特別滿意。直到第二天早上吃早飯，喝了一口果汁是酸的變質了、牛奶等很多東西沒有了也不補，跟負責餐飲的大姐説，補沒補也沒告訴我們，在那玩手機，9點去吃早飯不算太晚吧？唉
整體來説還是很滿意的 出行方便，客房服務態度也好

My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

GGastnutzerWir hatten ein größeres Zimmer reserviert, aber es war auf der Hauptstraße, so entschied es sich, nicht das Risiko zu nehmen. Eine leichte Abstufung wurde schnell organisiert. Zimmer sehr komfortabel, mit einem schönen großen Badezimmer. Ein gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum, wo ich als einziger Benutzer angesehen habe. Frühstück mit Toast, Obst, Getreide, Kaffee und gebackenen Waren. Wir erweiterten unseren Aufenthalt auf 4 Nächte. Der Service am Frontdesk, Zimmerservice, Frühstück war exemplarisch. Die Zimmermädchen hinterließ mir einen schönen Buchmarker, als sie mein einsamer Planet sah. (BTW, LP erwähnt ein Restaurant zu Beginn des Bu xing jie; ich würde mich nicht stören).Hotel ist 1km westlich von Tiyuguan Metro Station auf Linie 2. Linie 1 noch zu öffnen. Zwei Stationen nördlich bringen Sie 400m von der Bell Tower Street, eine bu xing jie, wo es viele große Essensplätze gibt. Eine Station nördlich von Tiyuguan, dann östlich so weit wie möglich geht Sie zum alten Tayyuan Bahnhof. Busse 308 oder 804 (langsamer Reise) bekommt Sie nach JinCi Si; gut wert der Reise sogar nur zu sehen einen 3,000yo Baum

Ich bin die Einheit, die in diesem Hotel zu studieren geplant ist, um die Bequemlichkeit zu gewährleisten, habe ich die Hotelunterkunft festgelegt, drei Tage und drei Nächte, die Frau Managerin, die die Rezeption erhält, ist sehr gut, die Begeisterung macht die Menschen zu einer fremden Stadt besonders warm zu fühlen, die Einstellung des Managers, die die Station abgibt, ist wirklich sehr allgemein, die ganze Reise hat ein Gesicht, Ich bin auch sehr nervös und die Atmosphäre ist sehr scharf. Es ist eine Weile weg vom Laden, schreiben Sie etwas an, die erste Morgensmilch, die ich mitgebracht habe, ist etwas auf dem Boden, und dann war die Milch bis ich drei Tage lebte, und ich habe sie nicht gesäubert; Nach drei Tagen, am nächsten Tag, hat das Zimmer das Essen geregelt. AAnne-MarieHaving lived in private residence at an overseas Pullman Hotel, this Pullman is different.
Pros:
- Very professional, presentable, helpful, prompt, and well spoken multi-lingual staff at reception and breakfast (staff member Ivo is exemplary of these qualities, also Zhao fengpei (gentlemen on the door who helped me with my bag and the car door), and the gentleman that was by the door at check-in who helped expedite the check-in process).
- Comfy beds and pillows.
- The softest and best bathrobes!
- Yoga mat in the room in a nice touch
Cons:
- A general issue across most hotels is enforcing the non-smoking policy. Unfortunately there was a group of men smoking in the lobby (despite the non-smoking signs), one elevator smelled of cigarette smoke, the a/c seemed to recirculate this smell, and I had to change rooms the second day as the smell of old cigarette smoke was embedded into the pillows and you could smell it every time you walked into the room. Therefore it triggered my asthma. Although they were very busy, I was able to change rooms after the first night.
- Unfortunately the executive lounge was not open and your only other option is the lobby.
- No spa
- Only one restaurant open at night and no room service
- Is in need of more regular general maintenance
Room for improvement:
- While the lounge is unavailable it would be helpful to communicate this to your executive room guests when checking-in or on the booking website which it wasn’t. My husband had to prompt this conversation at check-in. But it was clear there was no set alternative, that is, just go to the lobby lounge and have what you like (no timing, no specifics). This led to confusion for the staff members in the lounge. To save time for staff and the customer, a simple bulleted list on an A4 sheet is what Kempinski do. Perhaps a note on the guests profile or the room number should suffice.
- Slightly envious that the other reviewers were upgraded. We were supposed to be upgraded from the executive room for free as a platinum member but that never happened. However, it was good that Kelly offered the minibar, and some drinks and cakes at the lobby lounge as free.
- Also, our first executive room 1710 was dark, windows were filthy, it was run down and had no Nespresso machine (compared to 1805 which was the same room type but a lot better).

Das Hotel-Front Desk-Personal hatte eine gute Einstellung! Sie hatten auch einen hervorragenden Grundservice, wie das Aufheben Ihres Gepäcks!
Wenn es nur eine Sache gibt, die bedauerlich ist, kann niemand Englisch sprechen. Die Schwierigkeiten bei der Kommunikation war zu viel. Es wäre besser, wenn sogar das Front Desk Personal Englisch sprechen könnte 😊
Alles andere war gut! Ich möchte nächstes Mal wieder besuchen 🩷

GGastnutzerDer Raum ist komplett mit Luftreiniger und Luftbefeuchter ausgestattet. Das Servicepersonal dieses Hotels ist herzlich und rücksichtsvoll. Zum Beispiel: Xiao Liu Xiaoli von der Concierge-Abteilung, Xiao Gao vom Reinigungspersonal. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage gegenüber dem Taiyuan Museum und ganz in der Nähe der Stadt Vientiane. Es gibt viele leckere Speisen. Ich bin bereit, dieses Hotel meinen Freunden und Verwandten zu empfehlen, und ich bin auch bereit, dieses Hotel zu wählen, wenn ich wieder nach Taiyuan komme.

The breakfast selection offered at the hotel was both varied and delicious. I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the young lady who assisted me with the check-in process; she is very kind, professional, and efficient. One minor suggestion is regarding the bathroom door. While the partially etched glass door is not necessarily a problem, a frosted glass door would provide more privacy for guests.
Overall, I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Though, we faced a bit of language barrier as majority of the staff members do not speak English, yet they tried their best to help (by using translation app).
I would recommend the Hotel for a getaway, if you are wanting to stay away from the main city... (but if you are looking for restaurants and shopping nearby, then you'll be disappointed). Nonetheless, the Hotel's restaurant is good, and the chefs do try and take your request...
The breakfast spread was good... and they did serve international cuisine.
Overall, our stay was comfortable, and I would like to thank the polite and generous staff members for making us feel welcome.

Das Hotel selbst sieht erstaunlich aus, hat eine bedeutende kulturelle Geschichte, wie eine der Attraktionen der Stadt. Frühstück war großartig, viel zu wählen. Stark empfehlenswert für andere, wir werden sicherlich hier noch einmal bleiben, wenn wir in Taiyuan sind

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist sehr gut! Der Service ist enthusiastisch! Die Umgebung ist ruhig und der Einkauf unten ist sehr gut zu finden! Das Zimmer ist auch sehr vernünftig, die Möbel sind relativ neu, das Badezimmer ist auch sehr sauber.
