很少評價，但是這次不得不説。首先，辦理完入住就很晚了，娃自己進衞生間洗澡，發現花灑手柄和水管連接部漏水，想起之間網上説的，有些人用花灑手柄做一些不好的事，就給我噁心壞了，我忍了，就讓老公擰緊，跟孩子説不要碰花灑的任何部位。第二，入住的轉天，下午2點多鐘，酒店前台給正在外面遊玩的我，打電話問是不是要續住，我一頭霧水，我説就是定了兩天啊，雖然不是同一平台定的，但是是用同一個名字定的，並且我反覆強調我定的兩間房都是兩天，對方説好。過了10幾分鐘，又給我打電話説另外一件房，也沒有找到訂房訊息😂，在反覆確認後終於找到了，並告知我們返回時需要到前台延一下房卡，下午4點多回酒店給房卡延時間時，全程沒有一個工作人員，對他們的工作疏忽表示歉意。當我快五點回了房間發現，竟然衞生都沒做，從來沒遇上過五點還沒打掃房間的酒店，就給前台打電話叫保潔來做衞生，我問她，為什麼這麼晚沒打掃，她回答我，客人不在房間，我們不能打掃。？？！！然後我説那不可能，她又説，今天要打掃的房間太多了，所以沒打掃我的房間。我就呵呵了，這是應該跟客人説的理由嗎？房間打掃不過來，應該跟你的領導説，六日人多，你們部門應該有自己的應急預案，而不是讓客人高高興興地出去玩，晚上回來發現連擦手的毛巾都沒有。歡朋雖然不是希爾頓的高端酒店，但是這就是你們的服務理念和態度嗎？出問題不可怕，解決就行，出來玩都是為了開心，不是出來鬧心的，推卸責任不是明智之舉，衹能讓人覺得你們酒店管理不行，會給品牌抹黑。
