Der Chef ist sehr enthusiastisch und heiß. Im Vergleich zu der nahegelegenen Hygiene ist es immer noch gut, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und ein bisschen zwischen den Handelsmarken. Außerdem gibt es auch ein paar Wasserspuren. Die Tür ist die Schnauze Straße, und es ist sehr bequem, nicht zu laufen, um zu essen.

GGastnutzerWir hatten ein größeres Zimmer reserviert, aber es war auf der Hauptstraße, so entschied es sich, nicht das Risiko zu nehmen. Eine leichte Abstufung wurde schnell organisiert. Zimmer sehr komfortabel, mit einem schönen großen Badezimmer. Ein gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum, wo ich als einziger Benutzer angesehen habe. Frühstück mit Toast, Obst, Getreide, Kaffee und gebackenen Waren. Wir erweiterten unseren Aufenthalt auf 4 Nächte. Der Service am Frontdesk, Zimmerservice, Frühstück war exemplarisch. Die Zimmermädchen hinterließ mir einen schönen Buchmarker, als sie mein einsamer Planet sah. (BTW, LP erwähnt ein Restaurant zu Beginn des Bu xing jie; ich würde mich nicht stören).Hotel ist 1km westlich von Tiyuguan Metro Station auf Linie 2. Linie 1 noch zu öffnen. Zwei Stationen nördlich bringen Sie 400m von der Bell Tower Street, eine bu xing jie, wo es viele große Essensplätze gibt. Eine Station nördlich von Tiyuguan, dann östlich so weit wie möglich geht Sie zum alten Tayyuan Bahnhof. Busse 308 oder 804 (langsamer Reise) bekommt Sie nach JinCi Si; gut wert der Reise sogar nur zu sehen einen 3,000yo Baum

TTracie WestMein Aufenthalt in Wutong Apartments war wunderbar! Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig, modern und estetisch angenehm. Das Badezimmer ist luxuriös und geräumig, die Dusche hat einen großen Druck und das separate Toilettezimmer hat einen Bewegungszensor-Wc-Sitz und ein Bidet. Das Bett war komfortabel und der Kleiderraum bittet Sie, Ihre Tasche zu entpacken. Es gab bedenkliche Einrichtungen, darunter ein Loofah-Kleid und Schuh-Kleidung. Jetzt ...das Frühstück. Es war das beste Frühstücksbuffet, das ich je hatte, das Vergnügen, zu erleben. Tinder und gut geschmackvolle Steak, Lachs, Suppen, Desserts, Brot, schrumpfende Pancakes und eine Salatbar, die sogar Kale unter den verschiedenen Grünen enthalten. Bestenfalls war der Service außergewöhnlich. Ein besonderer Dank an Li Ne, das Essenspersonal und den Hausmeister, der an meinem Zimmer teilnahm. Ich wünsche, dass jeder Aufenthalt, den ich in der Zukunft erleben habe, ebenso erstaunlich wie meine Zeit im Wutong Apartment Hotel ist.

YYaoIn the past when I go to Taiyuan I always stayed at Pullmans next to FuLi Xinhualing area. I decided to give this hotel a try due to its location and convenience. Location is very convenient, calling a cab is easy, Starbucks next door, shopping centers all round with food courts, Walmart is 10 minutes walk away. Hotel got a pool and gym, I used it and it is not bad at all. They kept the pool and the gym pretty clean. The rooms are also kept clean. Be mindful that the rooms are not design for privacy. If you are staying with another person in the room the bathroom + shower has clear glasses, they have a see through shades covering the glasses but you can still see everything inside. The rooms seems to be smoke free but the hall ways are always filled with smoke smell. They really do not enforce no indoor smoking rule here. It is a hit and miss on the non-smoking room. I see some guest smoking in their rooms with door open. At last the service. The front desk staff seems very cordial and nice. However on the day we are checking out they informed us that one of the towels we used has dye on it which they can not wash out, that came out to a whopping 100 yuan to replace the towel. Really? 100 yuan, I can get a dozen white towels in Walmart. Also, the claim they couldn't clean it was shown to me on a front desk staff's personal phone. Have you ever heard of bleach before? Seriously, you can not get a white towel cleaned? Is this hotel in the hospitality business or linen retail business? Since I was in a hurry to catch a train I didn't want to argue over something as petty as 100 yuan. I paid the fees and left. Next time I am in Taiyuan again I probably will go back to Pullman hotel. Smoke smell is not a problem and they never give me a hard time on something as petty as a towel.

AAnne-MarieHaving lived in private residence at an overseas Pullman Hotel, this Pullman is different.
Pros:
- Very professional, presentable, helpful, prompt, and well spoken multi-lingual staff at reception and breakfast (staff member Ivo is exemplary of these qualities, also Zhao fengpei (gentlemen on the door who helped me with my bag and the car door), and the gentleman that was by the door at check-in who helped expedite the check-in process).
- Comfy beds and pillows.
- The softest and best bathrobes!
- Yoga mat in the room in a nice touch
Cons:
- A general issue across most hotels is enforcing the non-smoking policy. Unfortunately there was a group of men smoking in the lobby (despite the non-smoking signs), one elevator smelled of cigarette smoke, the a/c seemed to recirculate this smell, and I had to change rooms the second day as the smell of old cigarette smoke was embedded into the pillows and you could smell it every time you walked into the room. Therefore it triggered my asthma. Although they were very busy, I was able to change rooms after the first night.
- Unfortunately the executive lounge was not open and your only other option is the lobby.
- No spa
- Only one restaurant open at night and no room service
- Is in need of more regular general maintenance
Room for improvement:
- While the lounge is unavailable it would be helpful to communicate this to your executive room guests when checking-in or on the booking website which it wasn’t. My husband had to prompt this conversation at check-in. But it was clear there was no set alternative, that is, just go to the lobby lounge and have what you like (no timing, no specifics). This led to confusion for the staff members in the lounge. To save time for staff and the customer, a simple bulleted list on an A4 sheet is what Kempinski do. Perhaps a note on the guests profile or the room number should suffice.
- Slightly envious that the other reviewers were upgraded. We were supposed to be upgraded from the executive room for free as a platinum member but that never happened. However, it was good that Kelly offered the minibar, and some drinks and cakes at the lobby lounge as free.
- Also, our first executive room 1710 was dark, windows were filthy, it was run down and had no Nespresso machine (compared to 1805 which was the same room type but a lot better).

MMufVinArI had a wonderful experience staying at the Grand Metropark Wanshi Hotel. The hotel offers great comfort at an affordable price, complete with a bathtub in the room. I playfully requested flower decorations on the bed, honeymoon-style—and to my surprise, the hotel fulfilled the request for free! My wife was ecstatic, and I was genuinely impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile.
The breakfast and lunch were delicious, with halal food options available. The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to various destinations. There's even a Bank of China next door, perfect for foreign currency exchange or cash withdrawals.
Across the hotel, you'll find Ming Supermarket, which offers snacks at very low prices—great for souvenirs. There are also plenty of halal food vendors, including a Muslim-run lamb skewer stall and other street snacks, so you'll never go hungry.
While the hotel staff's English skills are limited, communication was smooth using Google Translate. The front desk even taught me how to order food online using Meituan. A highlight of our stay was their delivery robot, which brought food from the lobby directly to our room. It was impressive and fun to experience!
I highly recommend Grand Metropark Wanshi Hotel for travelers seeking a delightful, hassle-free stay in Taiyuan. Their warm service and thoughtful amenities made our trip unforgettable.

Das Hotel selbst sieht fantastisch aus und hat eine bedeutende Kulturgeschichte, wie eine der Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Das Frühstück war großartig, es gab viel Auswahl. Ich kann es anderen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Taiyuan sind.

酒店外表看並不出色，但房間設施非常超預期，衞生情況也不錯。不過第二天不知道為什麼我有打開勿打擾燈，還是有人在我外出的時候收拾了房間（😅是不是拔掉了房卡燈滅了？）。 地理位置也很好，在商業街上，聽朋友説樓下9點之前有商店營業比較吵，我自己沒感覺，可能朝向不同。

BBarbaraD.The location to the hotel is really something, but luckily the hotel staff came to pick us up from where the taxi stopped. The room was okay but in terms of cleanliness, there's still a lot to be done especially in the bathroom. If I were staying for longer it would be a problem using the wc but since it was just a night to catch a flight I'm not too mad. The bathroom was spacious enough and the room as well even though there were two beds, which was good. The overall stay was okay, we had to go back into town and the lovely Mr Lee was very helpful, he drove us back to the roadside to get a taxi and when we got back luckily we met him after the map took us to a wrong route and drove us back to the hotel. The airport was about 6 minutes from the hotel and even though we both had different departure times, one early in the morning and myself late afternoon, we were both taken to the airport as well. I think if the road to the hotel is fixed and they can do some real scrubbing and cleaning it would be a really good place.

She was one of the nicest people we met in China. It is basic accommodation, the bed was big and comfortable. It was really good for the price. Thank you again.
