Tolles Hotel! An Wochentagen bekamen wir auch ein Upgrade auf zwei Doppelbetten. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, hat eine Badewanne, die Klimaanlage ist sehr kühl und die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist wunderschön! Das Thermalbecken und das Schwimmbad sind sehr sauber und die Umgebung ist elegant. Allein das Duschen und Baden im Schwimmbad ist jeden Cent wert. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr nett und lächelt. Wir kommen nächsten Monat während der Feiertage wieder! Sehr schönes Hotel!

Vintage hotel up hill with private hot pools. Rooms are big and the bed is comfortable. The social room is in the 1st floor with an open yard above that let the noise goes to all the floors. I was in the 7th floor and I was hearing all the karaoke as it was at my door. And this was keep until almost 22h. Impossible to relax.

The room is spacious but slightly outdated, giving it a less-than-clean appearance. However, it’s a practical choice for a budget trip. The on-site karaoke bar can be noisy, but the front desk is always staffed, and the parking lot is conveniently close. Breakfast is available for an additional fee, though we chose not to opt for it. Both the air conditioning and the TV are quite old.

Overall is a very nice resort. However if you’re coming for a vacation and without a motorcycle license, it’s going to be a bit hard because there are no Electric scooter to rent no more, but it’s nice that the hotel could help you call taxi whenever you want. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the pool, hot spring and so on!

Not except too much for the price we pay. afterall is good, good location and have swimming pool with beauty village view that open 07.00 to 10.30 in the morning.

訂房後在Google評論看到一些負評，本來很擔心。 但除了因為是老飯店，套房本身和套房內的浴缸看起來比較舊以外(還有被子有點薄，冬天會冷)，溫泉設施絕讚，2022剛翻新過，很漂亮，有一庭一庭的湯屋，會看人數一區一區加開。有夜湯和晨湯，在晨湯時段還看到了難得的台東藍(以前每次來台東都下雨)。 還有泡湯區的茶葉蛋一定要吃看看，很好吃唷！ 餐廳的早餐大概是3-4顆星的程度，不能說很驚艷，但不錯，也很用心，更比像是武X農場那樣的早餐好多了~

雖然交通不便但是CP值非常高，櫃檯和早餐人員服務親切熱忱，晚上享受泡湯環境感覺有五星級享受，且更衣衛浴設備佳。房間大有冰箱，床也鋪舒適，早餐自助份量足隨時補充熱食， 來過會想再次帶其他家人來體驗，畢竟附近景點也多，10公里內就有步道有瀑布有國家森林遊樂區。

入住日式雙人房，發現衛生上有疑慮有馬上為我們處理換房。 戶外泡湯池因為寒流氣溫低水溫常在37度左右，可能要一直加熱水換水耗電也是情有可原，茅草屋位四周相較中間區塊防風，倒是可以利用這點比較能維持水溫相較省電。 早餐方面中規中矩，整體上以價位來說是可以的。

停車方便，早餐豐盛。 亦可加購晚餐。 周邊風景以及飯店內。 大眾溫泉內設施景緻漂亮花草樹木我覺得修剪的很好很漂亮， 房間床乾淨舒適。

房價很佛心，還有住宿享有免費露天溫泉可以泡，超讚，當天早上去時，沒甚什麼人，溫泉的工作人員超好，怕我一個人跟別人泡會很尷尬，另外幫我開一池讓我自己泡湯，超級讚的，推推推！房間雖然有浴缸，但露天溫泉的氣氛更讚！

知本駅からバスに乗り鎮樂で下車、徒歩5分で着きます。周辺に商店や飲食店はないので、食べ物を用意しておくかホテルフロントで朝・夕食を頼む必要があります。露天風呂はいくつもあるうちの3つだけお湯が張られていました。水着と水泳帽(中国語:泳帽)着用でお湯に浸かります。水泳帽は露天風呂の入口で係の人に借りられます。

酒店及房間比較老舊， 但室外泡湯環境還不錯。服務人員也比較友好而且有求必應。 適合喜歡偏僻安靜地理位置的人羣和家庭度假。周圍是山林和大自然很親近
