非常棒的入住體驗，酒店團隊的每個人都親切友善，位置也極佳，出門就是湖畔和大噴泉。酒店一樓的中餐和二樓的意大利餐都不錯。還會再入住的。

酒店環境優雅整潔上檔次，房間內部環境也是我喜歡的類型都很乾凈，來這邊出差剛好體驗一下，飲食也很不錯，交通各方面都很方便。

到日內瓦的當天定的，當時旁邊的麗思ritz卡爾頓漲到了9000，四季12000，文華東方也12000，又不想遇到熟人就定了這家6400一晚～～位置就在日內瓦湖邊，和前三個酒店一條路上，衹是這個稍微邊沿一點下圖半湖景房的小陽台上拍的景就能一眼看出是有點靠碼頭⛵️的，但是盡頭是個城市公園一路晨跑拍拍晨景挺舒服的。前台服務員非常耐心熱情，態度真的不錯，因為當天房間已很滿，但是我還是又換了個更高一點的房間😊，當然我也很lady ，溝通時也是滿臉微笑的，所以態度啊真的是相互的。入住時前台還介紹了酒店負層有家中餐廳，我沒有來得及去試下，因為還有家朋友推薦的鴻運酒樓，環境好價格也正常所以先去吃了。説回酒店房間不算大，除了酒店電梯，從大堂到房間整個也是標準5星的感受了。

酒店的位置在湖的附近.走過去拍照很方便，新的酒店，房間裝修風格清新，酒店裡居然有中餐廳，不錯不錯，也挺好吃的

房間正對着大噴泉，在房間就能很好的欣賞日內瓦湖的美景，房間的床超級大，睡三個人都不覺得擠。早餐偏西式，餐廳游泳池都在二樓，樓下還有一家中國餐廳，但是得預約，我們walk-in沒吃成。不過酒店左手邊那條路一直走上去，大概五到八分鐘，有一家湘菜湘遇，味道挺不錯的。去火車站也是走這條路，一直走到底再往左走就是火車站了，瑞士的公共交通確實方便。
