Swiio Hotel Ximending Bewertungen

Am ersten Anreisetag regnete es stark und das Zimmer war stark undicht, so dass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Ich habe drei Zimmer gebucht, von denen nur eines relativ normal war. Die anderen beiden Zimmer hatten eine seltsame Aufteilung mit einem nach oben geneigten Balken. Die Hygiene ist durchschnittlich, das Zimmer wird gereinigt, aber die Bettwäsche wird nicht gewechselt.

Die Kissen waren etwas schmutzig und ich habe vergessen, Fotos zu machen. Ich wurde früh morgens durch den Lärm der Dekoration geweckt. Ich werde das nächste Mal nicht wieder hier übernachten.

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, das Zimmer ist jedoch nicht schallisoliert

Die Schalldämmung des Zimmers ist relativ schlecht und die Toilette weist ein leichtes Leck auf, aber die Hygiene ist akzeptabel und die Lage ist besser.

All time fav hotel for my tw trip. Been staying at this hotel for more than 5 times. Location good, room is clean and cosy. The only downside that i encountered during this stay was the fire alarm. The fire alarm went off at 3am for 2 nights out of my 5 nights stay here. This was indeed an "experience" which left me feeling paranoid and having phobia for the remaining nights. Otherwise, all is good!

The room and toilet are very comfortable. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our long stay there. Will come back with my close friends one day.

Very convinent location close of Ximen station. Just 7-8min walk with shelter mostly. Crowded and popular neighboring thus even late at night still lots of people around. Hotel lobby is 6/F. Get card to tap the senor to get lift to 5/F, which the lift lobby is filled with salon smell of perming and conditioner chemicals. The room is fine. No smell. Probably because it's furthest away from the lobby. It's clean. Towels and water pressure and temp are OK though the mirror is slightly damaged. Overall very good if you plan go out all the time and back just for sleep. The walls are super thin though. I heard the people next door shout / laugh / scream (there are kids next door) in late evening(like 11pm). I can't hear any noise outside though. A down side of the room is the one step up to the toilet and another step up to the bed which can be inconvenient for some people. To those with long hair: there is NO conditioner for hair provided. Appreciate if Trip or the hotel can update this. Otherwise helpful staff. I heard the breakfast that they help book is famous. I didn't try though.

Location is superb with convenience shops, eateries and bubble tea shops at the door step. Sound insulation is very bad. When your neighbor showers there is a very water gushing sound near the you can hear clearly people talking along the corridor. Definitely not a hotel for light sleepers. WiFi connection is almost non existent… though there are a few spots to connect, there is no internet connection or it barely loads/unstable. I had to rely on my eSIM data instead throughout the entire stay. Hotel offers offering food from famous stall, a convenience factor which may favor some travelers.

The location is quite convenient, rooms are clean with all amenities you might need. Would definitely stay here again. Good price/value

Great location, but room is pretty small, and the toilet is very cramp with blurred out toilet walls...

great location & cosy room but the toilet might have some insects & stains overall still enjoyed my stay!

Front desk staff (male, overnight shift) was not friendly & helpful during the whole stay. For only 3 nights stay, there were fire alarm ringing in the mid-night around 3am for 2 consecutive nights where nope of the staff telling guest what to do & where to go. We were all panic & helpless the whole night, and also there were no any follow up action towards the incident. What even worse is the front desk agent called to our room on the departure date, rushing us for check out by 12pm else additional charges could be applied which we felt extremely disappointed & will not recommend any of our friends & family members to come anymore. As Taiwan is recognized by its personalized services & thoughtfulness, and your hotel really made it the opposite way that ruins the reputation of Taiwan’s hospitality!

Carpet or air con is dusty. Have stuffy nose when I was inside the room.
