Our check-in and check-out time was 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM, but due to some errands, we checked in around 4:00 PM in the late afternoon. The staff and their contact center were very accommodating. We did not encounter any issues at all. The room was nice and clean. It’s very spacious for 4 people. We also enjoyed the amenities provided. My partner also enjoyed the Xbox, but the only complaint he had was that it only has one controller, but nonetheless, he enjoyed playing. My friends also enjoyed the experience since it is near the landmarks of BGC. Literally beside Uptown Mall and other establishments. They also let us check out late without any penalty because they understand and consider their consumers situation. The original checkout time was 11:00 AM, but they let us check out at 12:00 noon after explaining what happened. I would highly recommend booking this place because I will again. HAHAHA

This is a very affordable place within BGC. I love how it's connected to the Uptown Mall. Super easy access to buying things you need in the MarketPlace.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. My host Jen answered all my questions I had and really helped me a lot. I needed transportation to and from the airport and got help arranging these. The front desk staff helped direct me on where to go for the currency exchange and area to pickup a taxi. Though it is said that pets aren't allowed on their trip.come profile, I did see people with their dogs in the suite hotel.

The place is nice, neat and clean. All thanks to Mark, such a lovely and accommodating person. Thank you for having us. Will definitely book again a much longer stay next time.

Celebrated new year here and had a great experience here. The host are very accommodating and super nice to talk to. We extended our stay made a lot of memories here. Thank you and see you on our next stay! ❤️

Views is great and strategically located with lot of nearby shopping malls and others. We had fun staying while gossiping and backstabbing our co workers since the xbox isnt working. 🥺

The unit was good overall, but there were a few issues. There was a delay in check-in due to a leaking air conditioner, though they did adjust the checkout time to accommodate us. Additionally, one of the rooms had another problem with the air conditioner, and there was an unexplained sound that we couldn't identify. However, the unit was clean.

Our stay was really great . Quick and responsive host (to our inquires)w. The unit is excellent. Maganda kasi sa 30th floor then for city view. If babalik man kami sa BGC, I'll choose to stay again dito. Recommended po for staycation.

Great location , 24/7 security . Near to uptown mall, many food places. Late night options too Same as photos. Xbox , clean room and amenities. Host was helpful and detailed . Nice view over seeing grand Hyatt .

This property is amazing! Perfect location, you can get plenty of food and drinks from multiple places nearby. The receptionist is also super friendly, and special thanks to Jen who always provided us the useful information. Definitely suggested this place 👍🏻

The staff at the lobby and my agent ms Chen assisted me all through out of my stay is very pleasant and accommodating . From the 1st day no hassle I was advise and informs of all good features . i like that they offer welcoming guest like water , soap , fresh towels . I would like to come back again this coming holidays with my family. Over all experience is splendid and classic experience. My parents room is very extravagant with 2 rooms my daugther 8th birthday is very successfull and kids really enjoy the swimming pools .
