I had a very nice stay in this hotel. The days were hot but there were both air-conditioning and ventilator to choose between in the room. I liked the comfortable bed and nice chair for reading. There were all the normal facilities one expects to find in this kind of hotel, like safe box and nice toiletry products. What I didn't like in my room were the ugly brown and grey colouring. The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace with a good pool, I really liked swimming there in the afternoon. The wind makes it also much cooler than ground-level. There is also a good gym but I finally didn't have time to go there. The breakfast was good but not spectacular. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The location is not very centric but for me it's ok to walk some 5 minutes to get there.

This was my fifth time in Peru and first time in the city of Tacna and first time staying at this hotel. Located in a quiet area, it is walking distance to the city center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They offer very nice breakfast with a plenty of options and the staff was always very attentive. I would definitely stay again and recommend it if you are planing a trip there.

Very comfortable hotel at a good location. The staff. Was kind and helpful. We have some food sensitivity and the staff, particularly Alexandra, helped us with kindness. The hotel is quiet, the shower hot and pleasant. At walk distance to some restaurants and other services. In any case the restaurant at the hotel is one with the best rating in town.

Great hotel and atmosphere.... had a great time and great Spa the Bar was great as well and super friendly staff..... The food also very good as well as the breakfast.. I am looking forward staying there again!

Comfortable and Silent place near down Town (two blocks from stores, trades, food, books). Modern building with the traditional peruvian style. Great service, helpful staff. Hotel offers spa & sauna, gym, pool at the rooftop, ATM, bar and restaurant.

Best place in Tacna, Staff very good people. It's a confortable places and good price; good parking if you travel or rent a car. If you want to enjoy Tacna - Perú, the best place for relax and sleep is Casa Andina.

Excelente desde el comienzo hasta el final, tuve una estadía maravillosa. Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi pareja y en el momento de la cena el Sr. Marcos nos preguntó respecto al motivo de visita y al enterarse de esta información organizó un canto de feliz cumpleaños junto al staff del comedor, igualmente se nos hizo una atención distinguida que se agradece mucho. Además de esta muy bonita experiencia conocimos tanto el sauna como la piscina, ambos muy relajantes e ideales para compartir con tus seres queridos. El desayuno incluía de todo y más. Una experiencia para repetir.

Excelente Alojamiento, desayunos increible, casa andina siempre es sinonimo de calidad, tiene piscins paronamica, excelentes tragos tipicos peruanos, y sauna seco... fuimos con mi esposo para una escapada romantica, yo ya me habia quedado antes con mi madre y tambien le encantó... desayuno más que completo buffet maravilloso y ubicacion cercana a centro y comercios. Un 10 de 10

La atención fue rápida y muy amable desde que llegamos, la habitación estuvo muy cómoda y la piscina increíble incluso en invierno, puedes esperar hasta que salga tu vuelo y te ofrecen área de trabajo, agua fresca y bebidas calientes, el restaurante tiene variadas de bebidas y platos.

El hotel tiene buena infraestructura pero el servicio es terrible. Llegamos con mis hijos en viaje familiar a dejar las maletas, nos registramos pese a que ya había hecho el check in por internet. En la tarde regresamos y como no dejan entrar antes a nadie antes de la hora del check in, se forman comas y hasta se satura porque todos se están registrando, por eso aprovechamos para almorzar, pero se demoran en reponer el buffet, además que se llena, el espacio es muy chico y es peor a la hora del desayuno. Cuando terminamos tuvimos que volver a registrarnos a pesar de haberlo hecho en la mañana, además que se demoraron en dejar las maletas. La piscina abre desde las nueve, debería ser desde antes porque hace sol temprano (estuvimos hace unos días, en febrero) y la piscina se satura. Al momento de hacer el check out nos exigieron de manera súper descortés dejar la llave de la habitación, yo dije que en ningún hotel lo dejo porque tiene mis datos, además que hay una caja para desechar las tarjetas, pero no atendieron a nada y como digo, fueron súper descorteses. Una pena, porque en Arequipa y en Cusco, que tomamos el servicio hace años fueron muy amables pero con esta experiencia, no volveremos a reservar con Casa Andina.
