i loved the place! hotel breakfast is totally worth it, yummy toast and lao hua (soup with free flow ingredients like clams, prawn, vege, meatball, fishball). their breakfast place is an actual buffet restaurant link to a spa. there’s a wide variety of food to let you sample the food of fuzhou. hotel room is big and clean and nice. at 11pm, there will be food stalls that gather near the hotel for a great supper time!

room was very spacious perfect for family of four, one downside was there was only one shower on the second floor, aside from that everything else were great!!

The hotel and staff were friendly and very polite and professional. Had a great stay food was excellent.the hotel was in a great location to see all the sights of Fuzhou would definitely book again

Outstanding living condition and service. The kind of amenities provided have gone beyond and above in anticipating the travelers' needs - providing extra bottled water, free laundry 🧺 and collection in case the guest forgets etc, not to mention the amenities that naturally come with a good hotel. Good breakfast too. Highly recommended.

The staff are approachable and friendly! The rooms are big and clean. We enjoy our 3 days 2 night stay in Elong Hotel, Fuzhou. The spread of food choices can be improved a bit for more westernised choices, otherwise the staff in counter and eating areas are helpful people.

Room is good, auntie provide free laundry and there is a small gym but no one use. Breakfast is simple food. Only thing is the heater go on and off temporary.

Bad experience. Booked 4 rooms initially and cancelled one of them. Its approved and i have no issues with other hotels throughout the entire trip. This hotel called me when i was travelling, told me to go back to pay, cancel my bookings on trip.com, claim their system couldnt cancel. This affected my travelling mood as i have to be back by 8pm. After that, they only set the card to have breakfast for one spot. I was embarrassed when the staff at breakfast registration said out loud that we only have breakfast for one when all the hotel rooms were booked for 2. Told us we have to top up for the other person…… They somemore dare ask us to give good review…. Hello???? Its nowhere near sanfangqixiang. Its a scam. Difficult for pickup also.

2nd time staying. This year seems a little poorer than the previous year. Perhaps it's the same for most hotels in Fuzhou. At the time of my stay (mid Nov), Fuzhou is at the end of Autumn and just entering Winter. A very awkward time as the room's aircon is deactivated. Window can only be partially opened. This can result in the room being very hot and stuffy on warmer days. The room facing the main road can be very noisy from the honking traffic the entire day.

Rooms are spacious, however cleanliness of the hotel is lacking , you can tell they don’t do a thorough clean of the bathrooms … with water marks on the stainless steel and soap scum around the taps … The air conditioning sound is also very loud , as it was hot outside it took a long time for the aircon to cool the room down at night. Had to use the earplugs to drown out the noise …
