Hotels in Central Business District, Sydney

The Park Regis is ideally located close to Town Hall, however the room was tiny with very little room for luggage or movement. The bathroom was also minimal; the hairdryer didn't work and when the hot water was turned on- loud clumks issued from the pipes. The room was not serviced until after 3 the next day. No restaurant or bar but a roof top swimming pool? Disappointing.

It would be great if the toilet can be larger. The hotel is located in Surry Hills, which is quite convenient. Service is fine. Its just that you have to check-in and check-out by yourself. Facilities? They have a restaurant and bar. Nothing nice to watch in the TV. Cleanness i ok. I can see it is renovated.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, der Boden ist hoch und das Licht ist gut, die Lage ist sehr gut und leicht zu erreichen, nur ein paar Haltestellen von der Harbour Bridge entfernt. Die Küche und Küchenutensilien sind sehr komplett, eher für Familienausflüge geeignet! !

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr angenehm. Erstens ist die Lage des Hotels sehr praktisch, nahe dem Stadtzentrum und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, was das Reisen sehr bequem macht. Zweitens ist der Service des Hotels sehr aufmerksam und das Personal ist herzlich und freundlich, sodass sich die Leute wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel und die Betten sind weich und bequem, sodass ich jede Nacht gut schlafen kann. Darüber hinaus ist das vom Hotel angebotene Frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen, was voll des Lobes ist. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würde dieses Hotel ohne zu zögern anderen Reisenden empfehlen.

Nice & riesiges Hotel mit vielen Eingängen während des Tages und der Nite. Die Hausaufbewahrung war ein super erster Klasse-Service während meines Aufenthalts für 2 Zimmer / 8 Nites. Dinge rund um das Hotel. Ich mag das Zimmer außer den Einrichtungen, die nur einige Artikel gegeben.

Was at Maze hostel from the 13th August for about 1 month and absolutely loved my time there and was so sad to leave. Became great friends with Joni within the first few days of being there and she made me feel so comfortable to approach her with anything I needed. Thanks to all 3 event managers Joni, Matteo and Lautaro for making it so much fun every single day. I recommend this hostel to anyone while this event team is here!

Liebe Zimmer 504. Räumlich,für ein Innenstadt-Hotel. Liebe die Lichter, und wie das Bodenlicht kommt, wenn Sie in das Badezimmer gehen! Schönes Badezimmer. Refillable Toiletten. Liebte den kleinen Sitz/Tisch am Fuße des Bettes und das wunderschöne Mantelstück. Liebte, wie keine Kunststoffbeutel in den Abfallpapierkorben verwendet werden. Danke für die Erhöhung, die Flasche Wein für unser Geburtstag und die späteste Abreise (2.00pm!) Sehr großzügig! Leckeres Essen und Frühstück in Bar Morris - was ein wunderschöner Raum! Unglaubliche Service vom Wartepersonal - freundlich und professionell. Eine perfekte Aufenthaltsstelle!

We chose this hotel for its location. Just step outside and you can hop on a tram to head down to Circular Quay or up towards Broadway. Great view from room too. The hotel was very clean; the foyer, the elevators, the hallways and the room. The extra bed for our teenager was very uncomfortable and certainly not worth the quoted $110 per night. We had to ask for extra towels/cup/glassware as there were three of us in the room. The main bed was comfortable but one of the legs/wheels was broken. The main television in the room did not work at all for the first 24 hours of our stay due to a ”global network failure”. It was only after this was fixed that we were able to discover the amenities/facilities offered by the hotel. Complimentary water bottles were only replenished once in a three-night stay, and used glasses were not always replaced/washed by housekeeping. The staff were pleasant enough but I expected a better overall experience staying at Hilton Sydney.

OK, so this review is through the lens of a Diamond Accor member. This means that, yes, I have stayed at Accor hotels a lot and so have become used to certain things as being standard across the network. But going to this ibis, and it's like it almost doesn't belong in the network. Starting with the good - the location. Easily walkable from Museum station if coming straight from airport, and not far at all to buses, light rail etc. Shopping options are good for essentials (over the road in World Square mall, downstairs is a Coles) and plenty of places to eat out (Chinatown). I probably should have sussed something might be wrong at check-in. One person serving one other guest. Three others in the back room just talking. After a couple of minutes, one comes out to serve. Must have had her attention for about 30 seconds before she walks away, and someone else comes out. It didn't end there. Three people to check us in. No acknowledgment of Diamond status. No mention of the promised room upgrade as a member benefit (I know they can't guarantee it, but customer service would dictate to at least acknowledge they checked). The fact that I had checked on the Accor app before arriving and seeing that there were rooms in the higher brackets available during our stay, it was a surprise to not be offered one, or to not even have it mentioned. We did get the welcome drink voucher, but upon getting to our room, there was no welcome gift. This is usual in all Accor chains - even the ibis and ibis Styles! I just think the mgmt here is looking to cut corners wherever they can. Getting these little acknowledgmentsof loyalty make the difference and in this case, would make the other things like a tiny bathroom and no working AC a little more tolerable. An apparent 'upgrade' to their fire systems means you are now advised to shower, hair dry, and even deodorant spray all inside the tiny bathroom, with the door closed. Or risk a $1600 callout fee which will be charged to your account. Erm, maybe get better fire systems that aren't activated by deodorant? The TV had a dangling sensor underneath it which when all the lights were out, made for a torch-like presence so the TV plugs had to be switched off each night. There are blackout blinds which work well, and there is a nightclub/pub next door for which you can hear the sounds but nothing too disturbing. Especially when you can hear the next room's convo word-for-word and nighttime coughing! Breakfast on L2 does the job - buffet style, cereals, pre-cut fruits etc. Just don't ask for anything that isn't in front of you...it doesn't exist. I asked for a coffee...was pointed to the coffee push-button machine. Not quite the fresh experience I had wanted. Asked for fried eggs - not possible and got pointed to the scrambled eggs (which I had seen and did not want). Asked for oat milk...pointed to the machine with cow's milk. Hello, griping stomach pains. The machine only made coffee or tea. No warm milk on its own

Unser Aufenthalt in Kimpton ist insgesamt erstaunlich! Gute Gastfreundschaft, Sauberkeit, gute Front Desk Services, schnelle Ein-/Auscheckung. Zimmer ist sauber und wunderschön, haben das Zimmer iPad für uns zu wählen Einrichtungen, Zimmer yoga Klasse und etc.. Liebe die Minibar, Schuhe und alles in Kimpton! Sicherlich kommt. Zurück
