Obwohl es etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt war, war es ruhig und es gab viele gute Orte in der Nähe, einschließlich Ypao Beach. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet, die Entfernung spielte also keine Rolle! Die Schäden durch den Taifun haben sich noch nicht erholt, so dass ich den Privatstrand überhaupt nicht nutzen konnte, und es war sehr enttäuschend, von außen viele Baustellen zu sehen, und es gab ein Kinderbecken. Es war sehr enttäuschend, dass die Folie nicht verfügbar war. Die Sauberkeit und der Service waren ausgezeichnet und das Frühstück war praktisch, aber mittelmäßig.

Location: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The hotel was lovely! The customer service was kind and helpful! Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛

Meine zweite Zeit (erste war letzter April 2025) Obwohl noch viele Leute aushängen, liebe ich dieses Hotel noch. Front Desk Officer sind sehr bequem und freundlich. Der Ort dieses Hotels ist großartig. Werden bald Guam besuchen und wählen Sie das wieder.

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

Die Lage und das Zimmer sind wunderschön. Wir haben die Meerblick mit Balkon. Wir genießen als Familie die Landschaft des Sonnenunterganges. Wir lieben auch die Ausstattung: der Poolbereich ist gut für eine Familienbindung, es gibt einen Platz für Toodler und Eltern zu genießen. Das Essen ist auch großartig, es ist das Buffet: täglich hat ein Thema für das Mittagessen, so dass es wirklich Ihre Appetithype macht. Das Zimmer ist sauber und groß, mein Toddler genießt wirklich, um das Zimmer zu gehen. Der Komfort ist auch riesig mit seinem Badezimmer. Wir genießen unseren Urlaub und wir empfehlen wirklich den Ort.. Der Preis ist wirklich die Unterkunft wert. Vielen Dank, Hilton Guam, bis zum nächsten Mal!
