Obwohl es etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt war, war es ruhig und es gab viele gute Orte in der Nähe, einschließlich Ypao Beach. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet, die Entfernung spielte also keine Rolle! Die Schäden durch den Taifun haben sich noch nicht erholt, so dass ich den Privatstrand überhaupt nicht nutzen konnte, und es war sehr enttäuschend, von außen viele Baustellen zu sehen, und es gab ein Kinderbecken. Es war sehr enttäuschend, dass die Folie nicht verfügbar war. Die Sauberkeit und der Service waren ausgezeichnet und das Frühstück war praktisch, aber mittelmäßig.

The Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill! This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

Es war ursprünglich Golf, die arme Saison war nicht immer richtig, der Regen, der Kerl kann versuchen, den Antriebsbereich. Unter der dreijährigen Epidemie sind einige tropische Anzeichen auf der Oberfläche von Ferienhäusern, es gibt mangelnde Behandlung, die Schätzung, dass die Arbeitskosten zu teuer sind und kurzfristige Stromausfalle zu beobachten sind, aber die Innenausstattung ist noch gut, außer der Chip-Flori. Die Service-Personal ist sehr gut und es ist oft Vvvip-Behandlung. Ich wünsche Ihnen, dass Sie so bald wie möglich wieder normal werden!

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

Wir wurden von freundlichem Personal bei 5AM begrüßt. Unsere Unterkunft kommt mit täglichem Buffet für 4 Pax und Zugang zu ihren Wasserparks. Der Buffetverteilung ist großartig mit vielen Optionen, auch für Kinder. Menü ändert sich alle 2 Tage. Das Hotel fühlt sich etwas alt mit einem Teppichboden. Zimmer kann komfortabler sein, ist die Kissen sind nicht zu weich. Wir haben zusätzliche Kissen angefordert, da nur 1 pro Gäste erhältlich ist. Tagsüber ist Zimmer zu bauen, was wunderschön ist. Das Personal ist das Beste. Spezial schreien nach Nelson - bfast Personal, das unser Aufenthalt extra speziell gemacht. Die Lage ist etwas schnell von der Stadt. So besser, um einen Mietwagen zu bekommen und Ihr Abendessen zu nehmen, bevor Sie wieder zum Hotel gehen. Wasserpark ist ok, Strand ist jedoch unter Renovierung. Die Seitenparty-Event für Hotelgäste ist eine schöne Art und Weise, wie Sie unseren Aufenthalt beenden.

The hotel was lovely! The customer service was kind and helpful! Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

The blankets are nonexistent. I repeat the blankets are nonexistent. You need to literally buy a blanket at Ross because the blankets are literal sheets or some crumpled up back blanket stuffed in the corner of the closet. The airconditioning is so cold that you may catch a cold without a blanket. I am a person that believes in “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything” but omg the housekeeping is just close to nothing. Only takes out the trash and that’s basically it. Still left a tip everyday but still a bare minimum of at least sweeping the floor would be nice. But the location and price was chefs kiss so just bring or buy a blanket.
