Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich außergewöhnlich, und es war zweifellos eine der besten Hotelerfahrungen, die wir je hatten. Wir waren unglaublich beeindruckt von den Bemühungen, Jaybie, Kim und Kelvin, unseren besonderen Tag so erinnerebar zu machen. Die Überraschung war das absolute Highlight unserer Reise, und wir sind so dankbar für den unverschämten Service und echte Wärme.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

We were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom. Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up. Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it. All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

I stayed for two nights at Nova Rotana Hotel in Riyadh, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The King room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very professional and fast, and they kindly gave us the room earlier than the official check-in time. The location is outstanding — in the quiet and convenient Al Olaya area. Services like cleanliness, internet, and hospitality were excellent. Breakfast was good and standard. A couple of minor notes: the A/C was a bit loud even at the lowest fan setting, and the gym/spa/pool hours for women were limited (morning 8–10 AM, and evening 8–10 PM). A bit more flexibility would be appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its great value and prime location.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung mit ernsten Serviceproblemen, teilweise von dem Manager gerettet. Mein Aufenthalt bei JW Marriott Riyadh begann sehr schlecht. Ich kam um 3 Uhr an, und die Eincheckung war enttäuschend kein willkommenes Getränk, keine Upgrade, und keiner meiner Ankunftsvorbefragungen wurden erfüllt. Mein Zimmer war klein, nicht auf einem hohen Stock, und die „Genius Suite“ war irreführend: die Aussicht auf das Bad ist durch feste Blinde blockiert. Darüber hinaus war jemand auf einem nichtraucherischen Stock rauchen, was mich unwohl machte, und die Rezeption bot keine echte Lösung. Der Concierge-Service war ebenso frustrierend. Ich hatte einen Fahrer für eine Reise zum Rand der Welt arrangiert, aber ich erhielt widersprüchliche Informationen und wurde dreimal so viel wie der Marktpreis zitiert. Als ich das Problem mit dem Konzern antwortete, versprach er es zu lösen und kam nie wieder zu mir. Beschwerden bei der Rezeption und mit dem Konzern gingen völlig unberührt, drängte mich, direkt zum Dienstmanager zu steigen. Danke, der stellvertretende Manager intervenierte und rettete meinen Aufenthalt , indem er mich für ein paar Stunden in eine Penthouse Suite upgrade und einen Komplimentaren Abendessen anbietet. Obwohl seine Unterstützung ausgezeichnet war, hätte er nicht mehrfache Beschwerden eingehen sollen, um eine Lösung zu finden. Das Hotel selbst ist insgesamt luxuriös, aber inkonsistent bei der Rezeption und der Konzertierung, irreführende Zimmerbeschreibungen und schlechte Behandlung von Beschwerden machen dies eine riskante Erfahrung.

I didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block. The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it. I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!
