Had a very nice stay at Rosa Grand Hotel during a business trip. The hotel is clean and comfortable. the location was very convenient, especially being close to the Exhibition Centre. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also felt comfortable throughout my stay as a female traveller. Overall, a simple but very good hotel with great service and a convenient location. Would happily stay here again.

Receptionists are the face of the hotel but they aren’t too friendly and slow Only one receptionist when we check in and out so it took forever for us to check out The coffee in the room is chargeable The room service is reasonable priced Gym and massage is male and female separated Gym isn’t too welcoming many locals walking in and out for hang out or charging It became weird for me to gym at the gym We booked this hotel and thought we could walk to the mall across the hotel But we found no way a pedestrian could access to the mall so you need to call a taxi or uber anyway to get there

Sehr hilfreiches Personal, komfortabeles Zimmer und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Ich blieb nur eine Nacht, aber ich wäre froh, in der Zukunft zurückzukehren.

As a result of a big delay in one of our flights, we missed the connecting flight, so we booked the Radisson near the airport for the night. We arrived at the hotel half an hour after we booked on trip.com. It was late and we were exhausted after the flight delay. The hotel couldn’t find our booking. I don’t know if it’s trip.com’s problem or the hotel’s but I suspect it’s the latter’s. It took us more than half an hour arguing with the hotel that we have a confirmed booking that has been prepaid. It was frustrating as it was nearly midnight. We were very disappointed with the reception. Luckily the room was ok.

Ich war kürzlich für eine Nacht bei der Lora Boutique, und meine Erfahrung war eine Mischung von positiven und negativen. Anmeldung & Empfang: Leider war meine Ankunftserfahrung enttäuschend. Ich kam um 4:15 Uhr, wenn die Ankunft einfach hätte sein sollen. Das Hotel verwendet ein System, in dem der Zugangscode über SMS gesendet wird, aber ich habe es erst nach 5:00 Uhr erhalten, so dass ich unnötig warten lassen. Obwohl ich dem Empfangsmitglied meine Besorgnis zum Ausdruck brachte, wurde die Situation durch die freundliche und professionelle Mitarbeiterin, eine ägyptische Dame, sehr verbessert, die mir bei der Ankunft in meinem Zimmer während ich auf den Code wartete. Vielen Dank für den hervorragenden Kundenservice. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass der Empfänger die meisten Zeit mit seinem Mobiltelefon sprechen verbrachte. Ich denke, Gäste, die auf dem Empfangsbüro stehen, sollten immer vor persönlichen Telefongesprächen voll aufmerksam erhalten. Das ist ein Grundprinzip des Kundendienstes. Zimmer: Das Zimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt. Obwohl ich nicht das Gefühl hatte, dass das Bodendesign die Atmosphäre eines Boutique-Hotels passte, war die Gesamtdekoration angenehm. Ich habe auch die Kaffeemaschine, den großen TV, die komfortable Zimmergröße und das gut konzipierte Badezimmer geschätzt. Ort: Die Lage ist eine der Stärken des Hotels. Sie befindet sich im Norden von Riyadh und ist nur etwa 11 Minuten vom Internationalen Flughafen King Khalid entfernt, was es für Reisende sehr bequem macht. Gesamt: Das Hotel hat ein gutes Potenzial dank seiner sauberen Zimmer, seiner bequemen Lage und einigen gedankenvollen Zimmerausstattung. Allerdings benötigen der Eincheckungsprozess und der Front-Desk-Service erhebliche Verbesserungen, um den Gästen die reibungslose Erfahrung zu bieten, die sie erwarten.

I recently stayed at Goldenship Hotel Riyadh for 2 nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few areas for improvement. The rooms were very neat and clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. The size and comfort level made the stay relaxing, and housekeeping standards were clearly good. However, the food experience was average. I had 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners during my stay, and unfortunately, none of them stood out. The quality was neither bad nor impressive—just satisfactory, with room for improvement in taste and variety. One downside was the strict checkout policy. Despite the hotel not being fully occupied, they did not accommodate a late checkout request. After requesting, they only allowed an additional 30 minutes, which felt a bit rigid compared to typical hospitality standards. Overall: A good choice for clean and spacious rooms, but food quality and flexibility in customer service could be improved.

I booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms i was surprised there was a maid room which was not mentioned. In general the apartment is very big and clean and nice in my room AC had an issue they fixed it but still it was not cooling enough . Location is near to hospital you can hear al ambulance all day and night which might be very noisy some times. Middle of traffic always difficult to reach anywhere easily. The apartment is in good condition although bathroom need renew but there is no issues with it. The stuff specifically Mr. Mohamed Khayat is a so helpful and has enough info about event in Riyadh

The facilities is located in the middle of a building site so extremely noisy so very difficult to sleep as the work to late at night and start around 4.30am.
