Receptionists are the face of the hotel but they aren’t too friendly and slow Only one receptionist when we check in and out so it took forever for us to check out The coffee in the room is chargeable The room service is reasonable priced Gym and massage is male and female separated Gym isn’t too welcoming many locals walking in and out for hang out or charging It became weird for me to gym at the gym We booked this hotel and thought we could walk to the mall across the hotel But we found no way a pedestrian could access to the mall so you need to call a taxi or uber anyway to get there

알 파이샬리아호텔을 출장 목적으로 처음 방문했어요. 깨끗한 시설이 너무 좋았고, 단 여성 운동하는곳이 조금 멀게 느껴졌어요. 직원분들이 너무 친절해요. 특히 Jahangir bellman 님은 따듯한 미소에 친절하셔서 다음에 또 방문하고 싶어요. 호텔근처 미팅 장소를 못찾아서, 직접 그곳까지 인도해 주셨습니다 너무 감사합니다! 우버기사들이 호텔장소를 못찾은것은 의문이에요 뭐가 문제일까요

Das Hotel schien nicht bereit für die Eröffnung der Gäste zu sein; die Lounge glich einer Männerhütte, und von den Aufzügen war nur einer in Betrieb, der zudem sehr langsam war.

Had fun because they have a lot of things going on for eid. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. Outdoor pool hours is bad. Until 5:30 only when it just started to cool down. Location is far from city center but food delivery reaches. Dunkin donut by the lobby also helps.

I booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms i was surprised there was a maid room which was not mentioned. In general the apartment is very big and clean and nice in my room AC had an issue they fixed it but still it was not cooling enough . Location is near to hospital you can hear al ambulance all day and night which might be very noisy some times. Middle of traffic always difficult to reach anywhere easily. The apartment is in good condition although bathroom need renew but there is no issues with it. The stuff specifically Mr. Mohamed Khayat is a so helpful and has enough info about event in Riyadh

Das Hotel ist fantastisch im Sinne ihres Problems, sie haben irreführende Positionen, und die Patronen schauen auf die Zimmer, und das ist ihr einziges Fehler.

Im Gegenteil des Hotels gibt es einen Laden, der es leichter macht, das Einkaufen zu essen, das Zimmer ist gut, die hygienische saubere, der Sofa im ersten Stock kann einen Kaffee oder ein Teewaren bestellen oder im Garten etwas trinken. Der Kellner im Hall ist sehr enthusiastisch, der kleine Bruder im Hall ist sehr enthusiastisch, mehrere Male zu heißem Wasser zu gehen, die Einstellung des Services ist gut, Das Personal der Rezeption ist relativ scharf, der Service ist ein lachendes Gesicht, die Gepäckarbeiter sind aktiv, werden sich aktiv beglückwünschen und den arabischen Kaffee trinken. Das Frühstück ist noch gut, das arabische Frühstück ist einfach, das Essen von Chinesen kann ein bisschen ungewöhnlich sein.

I didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block. The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it. I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!

Alles war perfekt! Der Ort war sauber, die Lage bequem und der Service war ausgezeichnet.
