All of the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Their service was truly outstanding. During my stay, I unexpectedly needed to print some important documents for work. The staff responded immediately and handled everything quickly, which was a huge help. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and it was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, making the stay very relaxing. The location is also excellent. Greenbelt and other shopping malls are just a short walk away, either by crossing the pedestrian crossing right in front of the hotel or using the underground walkway, making everything very convenient. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine erstklassige Lage gegenüber dem Einkaufszentrum Greenland Shopping District. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, was ihm von den Gästen viel Lob einbringt. Das Personal ist hervorragend und bietet herzliche Gastfreundschaft sowie exzellenten Kundenservice. Die Zimmer und Einrichtungen sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Swimmingpool und ein Fitnesscenter. Die Lage ist ideal für Urlaubs- und Geschäftsreisende, und die luxuriösen Zimmer bieten ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für preisbewusste Gäste.

Was given a room without bidet and hair dryer, AC and fridge not cold and visible moulds in the ceiling. The room is quite old and does not befit of 5 star status. I was relocated to a better room after giving this feedback but just wondering why they still give this kind of room to their guest? The hotel has seen its better times and quite jaded. I have to say that the hotel staff service is good, friendly and accommodating typical of Filipino renowned hospitality.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Direkt im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Einkaufszentrum und zahlreiche Restaurants, und man kommt problemlos mit dem Taxi überall in der Stadt hin. Das Hotel ist sauber, und die Wäschemöglichkeiten waren ein großes Plus. Das Personal war außerdem sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe brauchte. Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Room is clean , only the floor is full of hair . My son play on the floor and his toy always full of hairs . Location is very good . Mostly of mall are just walking distance

The people who works at this hotels are literally angels, they are so amazing people, lovely, helpful and very caring. Honestly they really know what’s called customer services. But my best experience was seeing the Bible in the room😭 nothing will ever make me happy in this world than a hotel that provides Bibles in the room. It was my first time seeing this. I prayed and fasted for 3 nights🤎The only problem I had was my room shower, there was no hot water and and I was having flue but I took called shower because am an introvert i don’t want to bother people. And that’s the reason I moved out. I even wanted to comeback but when I remember the shower problems i faced I couldn’t. All from love.

Das Berjaya Hotel Makati ist unsere erste Wahl als Familie. Die Lage ist gut … in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren. Restaurants und Nachtleben sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Schöner Innenpool. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Live-Musik auf dem Dach. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Manila auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel buchen. Ich liebe auch das Essen im Restaurant während unseres Frühstücks. 😍🥰❤️

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral in Merkati. Das Hotel könnte in den Flurbereichen eine Auffrischung vertragen. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool konnte aufgrund von Regen nicht genutzt werden, warum auch immer. In Hinblick auf Preis-Leistung ist das Hotel für Manila okay. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

The location is very near to where my business in Makati is. Restaurants, Malls and even convenience store is just outside the property. Very convenient. Hotel staff is also friendly.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gleich wie Foto, komplette Küchengeräte und alles war brandneu, ich mag nicht hocher Stock, so ist dieses 7. Stockzimmer perfekt für mich. Ausstattung war gut, Die kostenlose Sauna ist, was ich hier mag, da ich nicht schwimmen. Aber der Highlight war die Lage, ich war sehr nahe an Rockwell und Füllstation in poblacion. Es gab ein sehr gutes biryani Restaurant unten nur wenige Spaziergänge entfernt. Danke, wird sicher wieder zurück sein und würde länger bleiben.
