I recently had breakfast at the Holiday Inn in Mayur Vihar, and it was easily the highlight of my morning. The meal was served at Café on 3, which has a lovely, upscale ambiance with peaceful views of the outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet is incredibly expansive and caters to every palate. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive without being intrusive; special thanks to the team for their polite and helpful service throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and provided a very relaxing environment to start the day.

Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

Ich war kürzlich im JW Marriott Hotel Pune und hatte insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Ich habe jedoch bemerkt, dass einige Bereiche des Hotels beginnen, ihre Alter zu zeigen. Insbesondere die Möbel des Kaffeehauses könnten etwas Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Die Sofas schienen verbraucht und benötigt eine tiefe Reinigung, und ein paar Tische waren etwas schüchtern, was das Essen etwas unbehaglich machte. Während die Badezimmer sauber waren, schienen einige Einrichtungen Datum zu sein, was darauf hindeutet, dass das Hotel von einigen Renovierungen profitieren könnte, um seine hohen Standards zu erhalten. Trotz dieser kleinen Fragen waren der Service und die Einrichtungen des Hotels lobenswert. Mit einigen Updates zu den Möbeln und Einrichtungen kann die JW Marriott Pune weiterhin die luxuriöse Erfahrung bieten, die sie bekannt ist.

1 Das Netz ist sehr scharf und kann es oft nicht halten. Zwei Zimmer sind alt und alt, viele Bücher, es ist nicht gut, in der Nacht zu ruhen. Die Umgebung ist gut draußen, aber was ist es? Sie schlafen nicht draußen. Er gehört zur Wanhoo Group, aber die Wanhoo-Mitglieder haben keine Rechte und Interessen, und es ist nicht klar, warum Wanhoo mit so alten Hotels zusammenarbeiten kann.

Amazing everything

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

The stay was average as per the brand it could have be better as we had high expectations they did not provide sufficient dental kit and there were no branded tea used quality of food could have been better we had high expectations but it was all waste

Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, um eine reibungslose Erfahrung zu gewährleisten. Die Lage war bequem, mit leichtem Zugang zu den näheren Attraktionen. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, und ich würde dieses Hotel empfehlen.
