Hotels in Bogor City mit Pool

Wir hatten eine spät eincheckende Zimmer mit unerwarteten Problemen, unsere Zugangskarten würden nicht funktionieren, auch wenn die Techniker die Türen fixiert. Das Hotel hat beschlossen, unseren Aufenthalt in ein größeres Zimmer zu verbessern, so dass wir eine gute Ruhe haben können. Danke.

Second time staying at this hotel, and I still really enjoy it. It remains one of my favorite places in Bogor city. I checked in quite late and was first given a room at the back of the hotel, far from the lift, and it was not very comfortable. I called the receptionist and asked if it was possible to change to a room closer to the lift, and thankfully they helped me right away. Thank you for the great service. This hotel is also really close to Botani Mall, only a 1-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient. The swimming is amazing small but beautiful views even u can see the mountains of Salak. The breakfast was great as always, although unfortunately I missed the traditional herbal drink, Jamu. Overall, we will definitely come back again and hopefully next time we can enjoy the Jamu too.

Excellent location….connection to the mall. Also Grab station outside.  The breakfast was amazing given the vast amount of choice you had.  Room service was prompt and clean. Only areas where there is improvement needed is to use less aerosole spray in the room after cleaning. It’s too much.  And no need to ask if we have laundry at 8am in the morning.

I'm not sure how this hotel is considered a 4 start hotel. Although the customer service was nice but overall I had a horrible experience. When I got to the room, the bathroom was not clean, and I wish I had taken photos. The AC was not working. We contacted reception to come and fix it. At 2 a.m., while I was sleeping, I woke up sweating from the heat even though I had the AC on. Turned out the electricity was turned off and again I had to contact reception again. They came and fixed it. Up until then, I hadn't even said anything. When I got back to the hotel room on the same day, the door keypad was not working. I went down to reception to get another keypad, which opened the door but was not working for the electricity. I contacted service again and they came and suggested we go to another room. In the second room, we also had several issues. Our bathroom door was locked unexpectedly, the phone was not working, and the bidet screw was broken. Unfortunately, that's such a disappointment. Will never go back there and definitely do not recommend it.

Das Personal war herzlich und zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit mit einem Lächeln. Besonders gut hat mir das Frühstücksbuffet gefallen – eine große Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Speisen, allesamt köstlich! 🍳☕ Nach einem morgendlichen Spaziergang durch die nahegelegenen Gärten war es wunderbar, in die friedliche Atmosphäre des Hotels zurückzukehren. Ein toller Aufenthalt für alle, die Bogor privat oder geschäftlich besuchen.

Plus: very comfortable place, there is hot water, clean room, clean pool, for cat lovers, there are many cats here, the surrounding area is not noisy, there is a rooftop, fast wifi. Minus: small private room, located in the middle of a housing complex so it is difficult to find restaurant nearby, food prices at the hotel are quite expensive, the pool is limited to 17.00 so you are not allowed to swim at night, no late check out is allowed without charge, I originally wanted to check out at 1 pm but it didn't happen because if you check out late you will be charged the price of 1 more room for Idr 200k

Location a bit difficult to find, at night, as no the street light along the way. The room is big enough, but not special as the suite room. Over all, the hotel is nice and comfortable for stay.

My stay at Hotel Amarossa was perfect for a business trip. The rooms are spacious like serviced apartments, complete with a work desk, living area, and kitchenette, making it comfortable for longer stays. The Wi-Fi was reliable for online meetings, the atmosphere was quiet for productivity, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Although the interior feels slightly classic, the peaceful environment and great facilities make it a solid choice for business

Lage: Das Hotel liegt an der Ausfahrt 3 des Botanischen Gartens Bogor. Es ist ein guter Ort, nach dem Sie den ganzen Tag mit Ihrem Kind spielen. Es gibt 2 Geschäfte innerhalb von 1 km, viele Lebensmittelhäuser und Cafés in der Nähe. Dienst: Standardausstattung war beim Eintritt ins Zimmer leicht verfügbar, außer Handtücher und Badmatt. Ich habe dem Vorbüro berichtet, aber sie wurden trotz der Hausbetreuung auf meinem Stockwerk verspätet geliefert. Food: Frühstück war großartig! Aber das Abendessen, das ich durch den Zimmerservice bestellt habe, war ungeschmacklich. Sie haben einen Kaffee im Lobby. Getränke waren zu erwarten, aber die traditionellen Snacks waren wunderbar!
