Perfect location for visiting the famous botanical gardens. We went back three times just to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful old trees. Thank you for the good time!

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoFave is a solid choice for budget travelers. The hotel in Padjajaran, Bandung is clean, and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian dishes, with a few Western options.
The location is great—Botani Mall is just around the corner.
A couple of things to note: there’s no fridge in the room, and the shower area isn’t separated from the toilet, so it can get wet. It’s manageable, but if that bothers you, consider paying a bit more for a different setup.

IimnaffOverall, the room cleanliness was up to expectation, and I appreciated the comfort during my time there. However, I believe the breakfast experience could be improved. The egg omelette could be more moist, and the opor ayam seasoning did not fully absorb into the chicken. Other than these points, I truly enjoyed my stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety.
One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again

GGastnutzerCozy buat yang pingin santai setelah rutinitas, apalagi warga di luar Bogor. Worth it lah, lokasinya, kamarnya, suasananya. Kebetulan pilih kamar yg suasananya tenang.. Tipe Mezzanine Suite... Beneran full istirahat... Next ya balik kesini lagi. Ma'aacih Azana Essence Sanggarbuana yang udah jadi salah satu best hotel nyaman. Recomended 😍🥰

GGastnutzerI'm not sure how this hotel is considered a 4 start hotel. Although the customer service was nice but overall I had a horrible experience. When I got to the room, the bathroom was not clean, and I wish I had taken photos. The AC was not working. We contacted reception to come and fix it. At 2 a.m., while I was sleeping, I woke up sweating from the heat even though I had the AC on. Turned out the electricity was turned off and again I had to contact reception again. They came and fixed it. Up until then, I hadn't even said anything. When I got back to the hotel room on the same day, the door keypad was not working. I went down to reception to get another keypad, which opened the door but was not working for the electricity. I contacted service again and they came and suggested we go to another room. In the second room, we also had several issues. Our bathroom door was locked unexpectedly, the phone was not working, and the bidet screw was broken. Unfortunately, that's such a disappointment. Will never go back there and definitely do not recommend it.

IIrene EnawatiOnce booking Already requested side by side But actual separate quite far. At receptionist requested but no available. The hotel’s pictures in trip.com was the old one, actual quite different. One of room no refrigerator. The towel and door mate for 4rooms that we booked has not ready till 5pm (we requested for many times). Swimming pool also small and crowded. But the location if hotel is good. The Car parking is quite small But they offer free Valey parking

AAnonymer BenutzerLage: Das Hotel liegt an der Ausfahrt 3 des Botanischen Gartens Bogor. Es ist ein guter Ort, nach dem Sie den ganzen Tag mit Ihrem Kind spielen. Es gibt 2 Geschäfte innerhalb von 1 km, viele Lebensmittelhäuser und Cafés in der Nähe.
Dienst: Standardausstattung war beim Eintritt ins Zimmer leicht verfügbar, außer Handtücher und Badmatt. Ich habe dem Vorbüro berichtet, aber sie wurden trotz der Hausbetreuung auf meinem Stockwerk verspätet geliefert.
Food: Frühstück war großartig! Aber das Abendessen, das ich durch den Zimmerservice bestellt habe, war ungeschmacklich. Sie haben einen Kaffee im Lobby. Getränke waren zu erwarten, aber die traditionellen Snacks waren wunderbar!
