Everything matches exactly what you see in the photos. The room has a stunning view with a stream and mountains—so beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The facilities are fully equipped. One thing I really loved is that they provide disposable towels, which made me feel very confident about cleanliness. The room also has heated flooring, which was super comfortable and cozy, especially in the cold weather. The host was extremely kind and took great care of us. The accommodation is about 1 km from Bipenggou Scenic Area, and you can actually walk there. However, the host kindly offered to drive us to the park in the morning. On the day we arrived, he also picked us up from the bus drop-off point. Even though we couldn’t speak or understand Chinese, he still tried his best to communicate and take care of us. We truly appreciate his effort and warm hospitality. We also had dinner here—the taste was good, with both dishes and hotpot available. But the highlight was definitely breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and one of the best meals we had during this trip. You can eat as much as you want! The stir-fried tofu skin was amazing. There were also buns, porridge, boiled eggs, and a few other dishes, along with hot tea in the morning—such a perfect start to the day. Also, the dog at the property is very cute and makes the place feel even more warm and welcoming. Overall, we were extremely impressed with this place and would highly recommend it to everyone 💙

Excellent stay. We changed to a hot spring suite and it was worth it. Very spacious and well appointed. Front desk Shi Shi was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We also left some items in the hotel and she helped to advise on how we can retrieve them via courier. However the hot spring next door looked a bit sad, I think it would be a fabulous place to visit when it’s peak season and all the facilities are up.

The place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.
