Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional! The room was large, immaculate, and extremely comfortable, complementing the beautifully designed lobby. The owner was exceptionally hospitable and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the ******* costume activity provided by the hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Later in the evening, we relaxed in the outdoor hot spring, which was an incredibly soothing and wonderful experience. Dining at the hotel was another pleasant surprise. We had the mushroom hot pot for dinner, featuring impeccably fresh ingredients and a rich, delicious broth. The owner shared that ******* culture places a strong emphasis on food quality, often sourcing ingredients personally. Out of our entire six-day trip, this was undeniably the best and highest-quality meal we had. Breakfast was equally impressive, reflecting the hotel's careful attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Given the outstanding quality of both the stay and the dining, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Usually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter. In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring. What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags. The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated. The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in. Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, willkommen und immer begeistert, um zu helfen, was wirklich einen Unterschied zu unserer Erfahrung gemacht. Während die englische Sprachbarriere manchmal schwierig war, mit Übersetzungs-Apps wie WeChat und Google Translate konnten wir die Dinge lösen und lösen. Die Außenanlagen haben ein großes Potenzial, und es wäre sogar besser gewesen, wenn die Feuerplatzbereiche erleuchtet und es am Abend mehr Trinkmöglichkeiten gibt. Ebenso würde eine etwas breitere Auswahl an Lebensmitteln im Restaurant und beim Frühstück wirklich helfen, die westlichen Reisenden zu betreuen. Das Hotel bietet Ihnen einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt mit ausgezeichneter Service und schöner Atmosphäre. Insgesamt eine große Erfahrung und eine, die wir glücklich empfehlen würden.

Die Rezeptionisten waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bereit, zu helfen. Das Frühstück war nett mit einer großen Auswahl an Gerichten und es wurde noch besser mit dem heimlichen Haustier gemacht, das Sie beim Eintritt in den Halle willkommen heißen wird - wunderschön~! Es gibt auch Platz für die Erforschung und heiße Frühlingspool für Gäste. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und warm genug, um uns im kalten Wetter gemütlich zu halten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie half uns bei der Buchung des Transports und der Kommunikation mit den Einheimischen. Das Zimmer war angemessen und bot Blick auf die Berge. Im Herbst könnte die Aussicht besser sein! Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der nach Pipaenggou kommt und vor dem Park eine Unterkunft sucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bipenggol Parks. Und Sie können das Hotel bitten, Sie vom Park zu schicken und zu holen (kostenlos). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sie werden Ihnen helfen, den Wagen zurück nach Chengdu zu buchen (wenn Sie es bitte). Und sie haben die Frauenpersonal, sie heißt Wendy. Sie spricht Englisch sehr gut und hilft uns immer über die Sprachen und alles während wir im Hotel bleiben.

Die Gäste waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Highlight war definitiv das Toilette die beste, die ich in China gesehen habe, mit einem warmen Sitz! Will definitiv zurückkommen und sehr empfehlen diesen Ort. 👍

The place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.

Die Unterkunft mitten im Naturschutzgebiet ist einfach super praktisch! Man muss nicht hin und her fahren, kann jederzeit einen Spaziergang machen und sich anschließend entspannen. Die Eintrittskarten für das Naturschutzgebiet sind sogar im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Das Beste daran ist, dass das Zimmer sogar ein privates Thermalbad hat! Nach einem langen Wandertag war das Bad in der dampfenden heißen Quelle unglaublich entspannend und hat alle Müdigkeit sofort vertrieben. In diesem Moment wusste ich, dass ich die richtige Wahl getroffen hatte und bereute nichts. Mein einziger kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, die Thermalbadewanne vor der Benutzung auszuspülen. Ich habe vor dem Baden ein paar Haare darin gefunden, aber die ließen sich problemlos abspülen. Auch wenn es nur eine Kleinigkeit ist, war der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm.

We loved the location as it is near to our targeted place Bipenggou Scenic Area and the service customer was amazing. We had to leave early this morning to go for scenic area. The breakfast was only ready at 8am onwards. The lady went outside to ask different place to provide us boiled eggs as her boiled eggs wasn’t ready yet. That was a top notch and kind genuine service she gave us as we didn’t have breakfast. However, the toilet was a bit not satisfactory due to clogged and flood and also wooden tiles is broken which inflicting mild pain on my wife’s toe when walking barefoot. Regardless of this, the receptionist provided a bandaid and also Iodine solution. We appreciate and loved the kind gesture the Hotel staffs gave us.
