Serenity Inn Sweetwater

I made a reservation. I found out they won't allow people who has their address within 50 miles of their hotel. They took my money and won't give it back. I was homeless. We were homeless. I didn't get to find out how great they were.

This hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great price for a nice room! We were on a road trip and looking for inexpensive accommodations that would be comfortable and clean and the that is exactly what we found at this hotel. The only thing they could improve on is the breakfast.

This is an Indian family-run hotel and the staff were warm and welcoming. No problem getting a room we liked and our reservation was properly fulfilled. The room was clean. The shower was great! Water-pressure, flow, and spray all very nice compared to most other hotels these days. The air conditioner worked smoothly; didn't "throb" on and off. The pillows were too high and hurt my neck and shoulders and there was no choice. They were all the same. Breakfast--well there really wasn't much. Granola bars, crackers, Rice-crispie bars, yogurt, and I saw a couple of bananas. There are 2 tiny tables in the lobby which is also the breakfast area. But overall, my impression is that this is a fair-priced and decent hotel and I would recommend it and would stay here again if we were ever returning to Sweetwater.

Our stay was very good, We did not what to expect and were pleasantly surprise with hotel. The room was clean the beds were good. Breakfast had great choices, We defiantly enjoyed the chees crackers. Our one night stat was eenjoyable.

Checked in around 11pm. Front desk person was very accommodating. Gave us a room on first floor. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing, they provide liquid soap and shampoo in the shower. We got a great night's sleep. Thank you.

This is a very clean and well maintained facility! It was a perfect stay on our trip! Thank you for a wonderful night’s sleep! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There are laundry facilities available in the ice and vending room.

She was so forward when I asked prices! She was precious and brought extra pillows immediately for me! The room was extremely clean and updated. Even the soaps and shampoo were awesome. Blow dryer in the room and great lighting outside! Thanks for a great night stay in a VERY comfortable bed and silky white crisp bedding!

I found this hotel thru ***********. The value for two dayal stay was in budget and good. The overall experience was good. The customer service was friendly and convenient. The exterior of the building needs an update. The room needs an update as well. The bathroom is very small. Only the tub/shower combo and toilet are in the bathroom. The sink is in the room. The bed was comfortable. The outlet to charge phone and laptop was great.The TV is mounted to the wall with the capability of moving in and out. Which was nice. The breakfast area is located in the receptionist area. Only two small tables and chairs. The website said breakfast was included. Only cereal bar or oatmeal bars available with choice of coffee, apple juice or orange juice. The OJ was horrible. I notified the front desk they said they take care of it. The next morning it was still horrible. Apple juice and oatmeal bar for the road... The front desk is enclosed behind plexiglass. I'm sure it was from covid regulations. It made everything small and uneasy.

We had the best sleep on the king size beauty rest mattress in room 206. There were no cups for morning beverages in the lobby but we did have a coffee maker in our room Room was clean and well furnished
