Perfekt gelegen für diejenigen unter uns, die kaufen. Wir kamen sehr langsam an. Das Schlimmste war, dass das Zimmer praktisch NICHT gereinigt wurde. Das Badezimmer voller Papiere. Das Bett war schlecht gemacht, selbst wenn die Tagesdecke umgedreht war! Die Bar war schrecklich, es gab keine Vorräte an dem, was auf der Speisekarte steht. Sie hatten NUR einen Cocktail, weil ihnen die Basis des Sour fehlte, das Gleiche gilt für das Essen. Abweisendes Empfangspersonal. Am Abreisetag, der um 11:00 Uhr war, klopften sie bereits um 10:45 Uhr an die Tür, um uns rauszuholen, weil sie das Zimmer überprüfen mussten und es noch nicht Abreisezeit war. Ich empfehle es nicht, wenn Sie nach einer anderen Option suchen können, und schon gar nicht, wenn Sie mit Kindern reisen.

Das Einkaufszentrum erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß. Wenn Sie kein Auto haben, können Sie an der Bushaltestelle Nr. 7 nach Miami Down Town vorbeifahren. Wenn noch Platz vorhanden ist, helfen sie Ihnen beim frühen Check-in. An der Rezeption besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Computerdrucker zu nutzen. Es gibt täglich Wasser- und Kaffeezubehör im Zimmer. Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Sie können den Pool nutzen.

馬路對面就是海豚商場，裏面購物吃飯什麼都有，地理位置挺方便

服務員態度差。明明訂的帶早餐的，浪費我很多時間説沒有早餐，早餐到店衹要6刀多，攜程收一天一天近100人民幣。因為臨時有急事，提前一天退房沒有任何差價補償，丟了一個充電頭打電話給酒店請幫忙寄回來，石沉大海。訂完才發現攜程上的價格比美國本地網站價格貴很多，攜程中間商賺好多差價！

環境非常好，適合商務旅行

Alles war gut, die Zimmer gross und sauber, mit Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Mikrowelle. Das Bad auch angenehm. Die Lage direkt bei der Dolphin Mall und rundherum viele Restaurants wie z.B. Mia Pizza welche richtig gut ist. Flughafen ist auch sehr nahe. Der Pool lohnt sich nicht wirklich.

While my stay was as expected, it was the referral to a company that provided shuttle service from the hotel to the cruise port where I had my issue. I explained to the young lady I was on a business trip and she refused to give me a receipt. Her tax-free hustle cost me a reimbursement for an approved travel expense. Use only hotel shuttles for both airport and cruise port!

Very nice lay out, everything looked clean and well presented. Pleasant and accommodating front desk operators. Felt safe with swipe key access for elevator and room. Best of all its location is right next to, as in walking distance from Dolphin Mall. Overall, great experience.

We really enjoyed this hotel, very fresh and clean. We liked the nice small touch such as putting a door on the ice machine rooms to reduce noise. However, we did experience a few downsides… the pipes in the bathroom made a high pitched intermittent noise all night long, sounding like an alarm, making it really difficult to sleep. Once we figured out that we could turn on the faucet at a trickle, it went away. Also, with a reservation for 4 people, why only give our room 3 bath towels? When I asked the front desk for an additional bath towel, they gave me a bath mat instead.

I wish a better experience could’ve been. I lodge quite often preferably with Marriott properties. I contacted the front desk twice requesting additional towels and they were never received. The following morning prior to check out I requested the towels and a nice lady apologized to me and provided the towel sets from behind the counter.
