Ich habe schon oft hier übernachtet und die Renovierung des Zimmers begann am Morgen um 6 Uhr. Außerdem liegt es nicht ganz in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums Die Tür und die Leute sind deutlich zu hören. Ich habe die ganze Nacht nicht gut geschlafen. Ich verstehe auch, dass dieses Zimmer eine gute Lage hat. Ich kann nicht upgraden, aber so kann ich nicht lügen.

Ich habe über verschiedene Buchungsmethoden mehr als zehn Nächte verbracht. Leider blickt die Leitung eines bestimmten Pistenbezirks auf unsere inländischen ****-Einzelreisenden herab. Sie haben den Einjahresvertrag einseitig gekündigt und gegen den Geist des Vertrags verstoßen. Unabhängig davon werfen Sie bitte zumindest einen Blick auf die Gästezimmer. Die Tatsache, dass das Gesundheits- und Serviceniveau stark gesunken ist, oder? In den sechs Monaten seit dem Frühlingsfest dieses Jahr bin ich im Grunde ein bis zwei Mal im Monat hierher gekommen. Leider hat sich meine allgemeine Qualität verschlechtert. Als ich im Juli eincheckte, war das Geschirr in der Küche nicht sauber, es war Staub in den Ecken, die Schrauben der Nachttischlampen waren locker usw. Das Unverschämteste war, dass die haltbaren Gegenstände im Lager grundlos weggeworfen wurden (keine frischen Lebensmittel), einschließlich wertvoller Toilettenartikel ((später abgerufen) Ich möchte, dass der diensthabende Manager eine engagierte und verantwortungsvolle Haltung einnimmt und sich nicht um Rechenschaftspflicht kümmert. Hygiene: Diesmal blieb ich nur eine Nacht und musste mich beschweren: 1. Das Badezimmer war extrem schlampig, in der Badewanne befanden sich deutlich Haare, der kleine Ablagetisch unter dem Duschkopf war offensichtlich nicht gereinigt und fühlte sich rutschig an Es war ein paar Minuten lang fettig, bevor es sauber war. 2. Bevor ich letzte Nacht duschte und einschlief, verspürte ich ein seltsames Gefühl, als ich auf dem Bett saß, bemerkte es aber nicht. Dadurch wurde ich gegen 6 Uhr von Juckreiz geweckt Ich war morgens in Eile, um Besorgungen zu machen, und wollte nicht zu viele Wörter schreiben, aber am Nachmittag hatte ich vier Flecken auf meinen Armen, wie im Bild unten zu sehen ist

Das Zimmer ist eher klein und der Service am Eingang ist verbesserungswürdig. Als ich das erste Mal rausging, um einen Regenschirm zu holen, sagte ich, ich würde mich nicht ausleihen Als ich zum zweiten Mal nach einem Regenschirm fragte, war das völlig lächerlich.

Service is top notch! Convenient location. V complete amenities in the room. Best hospitality so far among all the accommodations that I’ve stayed. Room a bit dated & need a smart TV.

I cannot praise Fraser Suites Guangzhou enough—it was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experience I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect—it’s conveniently close to shopping malls, restaurants, and eateries, making it easy to explore the city. I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The place is clean except the toilet roll position is Abit awkard and difficult to use. My friend fall in the lobby because there is a pool of water. The service staff was prompt in giving us a free transport to airport. Overall pleasant stay. Like the free coffee and biscuit in the lobby.

Very nice hotel. Very huge room. The kitchen utensils are very nice quality. I got no complaints in this hotel.

Wonderful location. Its near to popular malls and for those who are with teens. this is a good place. Young and old will be able to find things to see here. Food choices are just everywhere.

Good service and very nice location with easy shopping

Pro: Good location. Near to many shopping malls with walking distance. Hotel is right above Wan Ling Hui hotel. Near to Canton tower. Service is good and room is clean. Cons: If want to go to Beijing road by train will take 30min with more than 2 transits but by cab is 15min during off peak hour.

Location superb, in the middle of 3 malls & underneath the nearest mall is MRT. Beside the hotel is a lot of local eateries that served eel, chicken, vegetables etc. The hotel is very safe despite being linked to the Onelink mall directly by 2 gated doors (room keycard can open access). The Onelink mall serves shops like Massimo Dutton & local brands too. We booked a Fraser suite with 2 bedrooms that enabled us to drop off the shopping bags easily. The lobby concierge at level 1 helped receive our pre-booked taobao packages & even delivered them to our room. We bumped into several Singaporeans here. In terms of modern furnishing, this GZ Fraser Suites hotel was built 11 yrs ago so the curtains are not automated however the toilets all come with auto bidet spray. Staff is polite & service is relatively prompt. The aircon in the master bedroom was suddenly blowing cold air then stopped then restarted cold air blowing through the night. After we adjusted the fan speed, the above problem largely resolved.

We had a great stay at Fraser Suite Guangzhou Hotel. Staff were very helpful and have great sevice mind. We forgot some clothes at the previous hotel in Shanghai. Staff at Fraser helped me to contact the previous hotel and dealt with them for me. I didn't have to do anything. The Internet was great. You can use their internet for google , youtube, and facebook. This hotel made us feel like home away from home. Will definitely come back again .

Travel with family and booked 3 rooms with Fraser Suites. Room is big and there’s a mall linked to the service apartment. Service is top notch and they went above and beyond by sending a birthday cake to our room on my mom’s birthday. Thank you for the fantastic service. Would definitely stay again.
