This house is an old architecture rebuilt in the late Qing Dynasty, which has a history of about 150 years. The whole house has preserved the architectural characteristics of that time and matched the modern elements design. All rooms are equipped with TOTO Smart all-in-one toilets, Ferragamo toiletries and top brand bedding. The lobby is a miniature exhibition hall of wood carvings and porcelain that the owner has collected over the years. Furniture made of solid wood, part of the furniture are hundreds of years old mahogany furniture.The B&B has a large garden and each guest room has its own small scenery. The original owner of the old house was Mr. Zhu Wenzhong, a famous local education reformer, who studied the road to national salvation through education together with teacher Ye Shengtao in this house.

地理位置很好，在古鎮內臨着河道，交通（打車）也比較便利，整體民宿是一個四進的院子，很有年代感，住在其中讓人感受到一種很有沉澱的歷史感，就是院子裏堆有一些雜物使得院子顯得零亂。房間也很整潔，床墊不軟不硬睡着很舒適，我們住在最裡麪二樓，所以不潮濕也很安靜，窗簾遮光效果也很好，房間配備了蚊香液這個很貼心，前台服務非常暖心，瑕不掩瑜整體很棒。

JJairoOur experience at this hotel could not have been better—it was truly beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a historic house with sophisticated decor that exudes charm and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to please us, attending to every detail with care.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. The staff is well-prepared to receive foreign guests; Miss Yang, in particular, speaks excellent English and is very kind.
Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in Zhouzhuang.

GGastnutzerNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und das Servicepersonal ist herzlich und aufrichtig. Das Hotel ist rücksichtsvoll gegenüber seinen Kunden und bietet kostenlose Upgrades auf Doppelzimmer mit Gartenblick und reichhaltigem Frühstück an. Im temperierten Schwimmbad sind meine Kinder sogar dreimal geschwommen und waren immer noch nicht zufrieden.
Das Resort ist am See gebaut, wobei die erste und zweite Phase miteinander verbunden sind. Das Restaurant Tongli No. 1 ist von Seen umgeben und bietet eine grenzenlose Landschaft.
Es werden viele Kleintiere gezüchtet und Kinder können mehr als eine Stunde im Kleintierparadies bleiben. Es gibt viele Freizeiteinrichtungen und der Sightseeing-Zug wurde dreimal gefahren.
Etwa 600 Meter vom Hotel entfernt gibt es ein Kreuzfahrtschiff. Für 10 Yuan können Sie von und nach Xingluozhou im Zentrum des Tongli-Sees fahren. Obwohl Xingluozhou klein ist, ist die Landschaft im Inneren einzigartig, mit Pavillons und Pavillons.

GGastnutzerPros: Very good location for walking around Pingjiang road. Very handy Suzhou train station pick up service, would recommend utilising for anyone arriving by train. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable.
Cons: bathroom had a bad smell emanating from it. There was quite a lot of construction happening while we were there, started around 7am and didn’t finish until after midnight. Would recommend bringing ear buds. Shower pressure was ok but not amazing. There is also no elevator so you will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the rooms which are all on the first floor.

Im Vergleich zu Artyzen Living in Shanghai und Peking bevorzuge ich das in Suzhou. Der gesamte Designstil ist jung und energisch, und die Suzhou-Merkmale sind in verschiedenen kleinen Details zu erkennen.
Ausstattung: Es gibt einen Fitnessraum und eine Waschküche, und das Restaurant des Hotels ist besonders gut. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück, exquisit und lecker!
Hygiene: sehr sauber
Service: Der Service an der Rezeption ist nett und freundlich und Ctrip-Mitglieder haben auch die Initiative ergriffen, Zimmer-Upgrades zu arrangieren. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

SSimEin etwas teurer, aber angenehmer Aufenthalt im Pan Pacific Suzhou. Der Service ist von allen erstklassig, von dem Moment an, in dem ich in der Lobby ankomme, bis zu dem Moment, in dem ich gehe. Sie lassen einen nie unbeaufsichtigt und tun alles, um Ihr Problem zu lösen. Ich habe viele Pakete und Lebensmittel ins Hotel liefern lassen. Als Ausländer habe ich keine chinesische Kontaktnummer und der Fahrer hat das Paket oder das Essen oft an verschiedenen Orten hinterlassen. Jedes Mal, wenn ich um Hilfe bitte, kümmert sich das Personal sofort um mich und sucht das Paket für mich. Die Lieferung des Pakets an mich durch einen Roboter ist eine nette Erfahrung, es macht so viel Spaß, dem Roboter dabei zuzusehen, wie er selbst in den Aufzug fährt.
Die Frühstücksauswahl ist auch großartig, nun, ich meine, es ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, also kann es nicht so schlimm sein.
Das Hanfu-Erlebnis und die Nähe zu Panmen (direkt neben dem Hotel) sind Bonuspunkte. Wir hatten viel Spaß und haben über meine Mutter gelacht, die das Hanfu probiert.
Wenn ich eine Sache anmerken soll, die nicht so toll ist, dann ist es vielleicht die Lage, die als ziemlich weit von den meisten Hauptattraktionen im Stadtzentrum entfernt gilt. Trotzdem war es für uns kein großes Problem, da wir meistens mit Didi reisen. Ach ja, die Kreuzfahrt zum halben Preis war auch nicht so toll, da es zu voll war, aber das hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, da der Kreuzfahrtservice nicht von ihnen betrieben wird, sondern nur ein kostenloser Rabatt für Hotelgäste.
Es gibt ein paar praktische Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, aber nicht so viele wie im Stadtzentrum.
Ein besonderer Dank geht an Tante Miao im 2. Stock 夕霞, die unser Zimmer jeden Tag putzt, danke, dass Sie es so gemütlich gemacht haben.
Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr komfortable und schöne Erfahrung. Danke für die großartige Gastfreundschaft, Pan Pacific Suzhou.
Übrigens ist dieses Hotel von allen 4 Hotels, in denen ich in 8 Tagen übernachtet habe, das einzige, das mich nicht darauf hinweist oder mich auffordert, eine gute Bewertung für sie zu schreiben.

DDRAGANDie Lage war bequem, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum. Es ist sauber, aber wenn ich mit ihrem Hotel Citadines in Shanghai vergleiche, ist diese etwas älter, so werde ich nur mit 3.5/4 Sterne bewerten. Das Frühstück war schön, wir hatten eine Chance zu essen bis 10:30am, was erstaunlich war, weil wir ein bisschen länger schlafen wollten.
